★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente horrível e suporte deplorável, eles só querem seu dinheiro, se vc tiver com alguma data a cumprir, eles não dão a mínima, n te ligam nem nada, para marcar aulas práticas demora demaissss, não são todos os casos, mas talvez vc se arrependa.
Horrible environment and deplorable support, they just want your money, if you have a deadline, they don't give a damn, they don't care about you, to schedule hands-on lessons, that's not all, but maybe you're regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você certamente se arrependerá! Apesar do baixo custo, bastante atrativo, eles recuperam o valor de outra forma (explico mais abaixo). Não há nenhum respeito com o aluno. Demoram para marcar as aulas e a prova. Se ELES desmarcarem aula e não avisarem tá OK. Mas, se VOCÊ desmarcar tem que pagar!
A Inês (dona da auto escola) é bastante mal educada. Perdeu o meu RENACH, me ligou no dia anterior a minha prova prática pra informar que não estava achando e que EU tinha que ir pegar uma segunda via no Detran. Além disso, quando eu falei que era um absurdo ela ter perdido o meu papel, ela teve a audácia de falar que eu nunca tinha entregado o papel, e que eu não tinha como provar que TINHA entregado.
Além de tudo isso, total desrespeito com prazos. Minha última aula prática (depois de muita insistência) foi dia 19/04/2017 e minha prova só foi marcada dia 11/05 (essa não adianta insistir. marcam somente quando tem pelo menos 5 alunos pra fazer prova....) sendo que o DETRAN abre janela a cada 15 dias.
Segue alguns preços para você se preparar (valores de 2017)
Aluguel de moto (faltar aula prática): R$ 150,00
Aluguel de moto para prova (Caso não passe de primeira): R$ 300,00
Simulado (Fazer o percurso de madrugada antes da prova): R$ 150,00
Transporte para a prova (caso queira ir com eles): R$ 30,00 (ida e volta) (O meu cancelaram e não me avisaram, pra variar. Por sorte um outro aluno me deu carona)
As provas são realizadas em Sta Cruz na Cidade das crianças.
Pense bem se não é melhor gastar um pouco mais. Se mesmo assim insistir....
You will surely regret it! Despite the low cost, very attractive, they recover the value in another way (I explain below). There is no respect for the student. They take time to schedule classes and the exam. If THEY deselect class and don't warn, it's OK. But, if YOU deselect you have to pay!
Inês (owner of the driving school) is quite rude. He lost my RENACH, called me the day before my practical test to inform him that I was not finding it and that I had to go to get a duplicate at Detran. Furthermore, when I said it was absurd that she had lost my role, she had the audacity to say that I had never delivered the paper, and that I had no way of proving that I had delivered it.
In addition to all this, total disregard for deadlines. My last practical class (after a lot of insistence) was on 19/04/2017 and my test was only scheduled on 11/05 (this is no use insisting. They only mark when there are at least 5 students to do the test ....) being that DETRAN opens a window every 15 days.
Here are some prices for you to prepare (2017 prices)
Motorcycle rental (missing practical class): R $ 150.00
Motorcycle rental for proof (If not pass first): R $ 300.00
Simulated (Take the morning route before the race): R $ 150.00
Transport for the test (if you want to go with them): R $ 30.00 (roundtrip) (Mine canceled and did not warn me, for a change. Luckily another student gave me a ride)
The tests are held in Sta Cruz in the Children's City.
Think carefully if it's not better to spend a little more. If you still insist ....

The worst on the planet, Tal da Inês God forbid, they just want your $ n schedule your classes for anything you want you have to get a kaooo or you can't get anything...
