A única coisa que ganhei foi stress. Próximo mês faz um ano que assinei o contrato com a autoescola e até agora não tenho CNH.
Demoraram 1 mês pra marcar meus exames médicos. Logo em seguida, marcaram aulas práticas, eu chegava na autoescola e tava tudo fechado e ninguém sequer me ligava pra dar uma satisfação.
Quando a pessoa contata eles pra resolver algo, não dão nenhum retorno efetivo. Não atendem os telefones, demoram séculos pra responder no whats e muitas vezes ainda respondem com ignorância.
Estou há mais de um mês tentando marcar meu exame prático e só me dão desculpas esfarrapadas. Agora nem sequer me respondem mais, tampouco atendem as ligações.
Definitivamente, a pior empresa que eu já conheci na minha vida.

Lousy driving school. Service without any quality. Company totally without commitment to customers.
The only thing I gained was stress. Next month it's been a year since I signed the contract with the driving school and so far I don't have a CNH.
It took me a month to schedule my medical exams. Soon after, they scheduled practical classes, I arrived at the driving school and everything was closed and nobody even called me to give a satisfaction.
When the person contacts them to resolve something, they do not give any effective feedback. They don't answer the phones, they take centuries to answer on whats and often still answer with ignorance.
I have been trying to book my practical exam for over a month and they only give me lame excuses. Now they don't even answer me anymore, nor do they answer the calls.
Definitely the worst company I have ever known in my life.
DISORGANIZATION and DISCOMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMER define!

Estou quase desistindo, pois marcaram o início das minhas aulas de legislação pra um dia e está quase com duas semanas de atraso. Tento contato pelo WhatsApp, visualizam e não respondem. Paguei a habilitação à vista e porque disseram que iria iniciar logo, já que por enquanto estou com tempo e não queria que demorasse, mas só vejo descaso!
Terrible! They just freshen up our face, treat customers like garbage! I'm about to give up, as my law class has been scheduled to start for one day and it's almost two weeks late. I try to contact via WhatsApp, they visualize and do not respond. I paid the driver's license in cash and because they said it would start soon, since I have time for now and I didn't want it to take too long, but I just see negligence!
