★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até agora um péssimo atendimento, você busca saber informações sobre os procedimentos e não é respondido, paguei faz mais de 1 mês, não fui chamado para nada, quando pressionei a autoescola, fui chamado para tirar fotos, faz 3 dias que pergunto o endereço que é para eu ir e não sou respondido, uma falta de responsabilidade e respeito tremendo pelo cliente, acabei tendo que cancelar a viagem fretada(que seria amanhã, 19/05/22), que iria pagar para ir tirar as fotos em João Pessoa, por falta de informação sobre o endereço e horário.
So far, bad service, you seek information about the procedures and there is no answer, I paid more than 1 month ago, I was not called for anything, when I pressed the driving school, I was called to take pictures, it has been 3 days since I asked the address that it's for me to go and I'm not answered, a lack of responsibility and tremendous respect for the customer, I ended up having to cancel the chartered trip (which would be tomorrow, 05/19/22), which I would pay to go take the photos in João Pessoa, for lack of information about the address and time.
