ELE JUSTIFICOU QUE AO TOMAR CIÊNCIA , TRATOU DO ASSUNTO IMEDIATAMENTE E COM MUITA RESPONSABILIDADE ME ATENDEU E RESOLVEU 100% DO ASSUNTO.
MERECE TODA MINHA CONSIDERAÇÃO E RESPEITO E PRINCIPALMENTE A COMPREENSÃO DE TODOS POIS A ATITUDE DE OUTROS FOI REPARADA COM MUITA COMPETÊNCIA E COM CERTEZA REFORÇA A IMAGEM E A TRADIÇÃO POSITIVA DA AUTO ESCOLA.

Nada contra até que recebi minha CNH com o nome do meu Pai errado e ao contatar o Sr. Marcos ele simplesmente diz que demorei a informar e por isso tenho que pagar as custas e uma nova prestação de serviços que é o dobro.
Isso tudo para pedir a correção de uma informação que eles erraram na digitação, caso contrário eu deveria me virar na internet para fazer sozinho.
Pagar guia de recolhimento eu até fico quieto pois afinal de contas não temos como discutir esse ponto. Agora pagar serviço mau feito não dá né.... e agora surpresa a minha que descobri a verdadeira face da pessoa.
Me digam se isto é atendimento que se dê a um cliente que PAGOU direitinho para ser atendido por uma AUTO ESCOLA ?
E ele ainda coloca a culpa nos outros (sem palavras...)
UPDATE: AS WELL AS I FORMALIZED THE CLAIM BELOW, I AM PUBLISHING AGAIN, THEN I HAD IMMEDIATELY OBTAINED CONTACT AND SERVICE FROM THE OWNER OF AUTO SCHOOL, MR. MR. ALDO.
HE JUSTIFIED THAT BY TAKING SCIENCE, HE DEALED WITH THE MATTER IMMEDIATELY AND WITH A LOT OF RESPONSIBILITY HE ASSISTED ME AND SOLVED 100% OF THE MATTER.
IT DESERVES MY FULL CONSIDERATION AND RESPECT AND ESPECIALLY EVERYONE'S UNDERSTANDING BECAUSE THE ATTITUDE OF OTHERS WAS REPAIRED WITH A LOT OF COMPETENCE AND CERTAINLY REINFORCES THE IMAGE AND POSITIVE TRADITION OF THE DRIVING SCHOOL.

Nothing against it until I received my CNH with my Father's name wrong and when I contacted Mr. Marcos he simply said that I took a while to inform and that's why I have to pay the costs and a new service provision that is double.
All this to ask for the correction of an information that they typed wrong, otherwise I would have to turn to the internet to do it myself.
Paying the pick-up guide I even keep quiet because after all we can't discuss this point. Now, paying bad service can't be done.... And now it's a surprise to me that I've discovered the person's true face.
Tell me if this is the service you give to a customer who has PAID right to be attended by a BUS SCHOOL?
And he still blames others (no words...)

Preço do pacote completo passado nessa autoescola (que não simulador próprio): R$2.280+1.450=R$3.730 (cotação na imagem, valores circulados em laranja). Na hora até perguntei pro atendente se era isso mesmo, e sim é.
Preço do pacote completo em uma outra autoescola em Pinheiros (que tem simulador, oq eles não tem aqui): R$1.500,00.
Atendimento inicial é neutro. Não achei ruim nem bom.
Fechei com outra autoescola.
Past value is way above the market. Clearly overpriced. Look at the price of other auto schools before you close with them.
Price of the complete package passed in this school (other than its own simulator): R $ 2,280 + 1,450 = R $ 3,730 (quotation in the image, values circled in orange). At the time I even asked the attendant if that was the case, and yes it is.
Price of the complete package in another auto school in Pinheiros (that has simulator, what they do not have here): R $ 1,500.00.
Initial service is neutral. I did not think it was bad or good.
I locked up with another auto school.
