★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO! Estou a várias semanas tentando marcar uma hora pra poder fazer a coleta da digital. Pelo cronograma deles, ontem dia 06/06 seria a minha ultima aula de carro, e ainda nem terminei a de Moto. Mando msg no whatsapp e a resposta é que não tem data pra marcar, ou o sistema do DETRAN está fora do ar ou simplesmente fico falando sozinho ou não atendem as ligações! E isso não acontece só comigo. É só aparecer na unidade da COHAMA que você vai encontrar outras pessoas indo reclamar do mesmo problema. Uma falta de respeito

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Não façam nessa auto escola. Só querem seu dinheiro. São péssimos. Carros detonados. Fui buscar meu filho no prego no carro da auto escola e no outro dia queriam dar a aula no mesmo carro. Carros velhos, cheios de defeitos. Equipe, tirando os professores das prática, totalmente despreparados e sem educação. Não consigo resolver nenhum problema lá. Não façam. Vão ter muita dor de cabeça.
Awful. Don't do it at this driving school. They just want your money. They're bad. Destroyed cars. I went to pick up my son from the nail in the auto school car and the other day they wanted to teach the class in the same car. Old cars, full of defects. Team, taking teachers out of practice, totally unprepared and uneducated. I can't solve any problems there. Don't. You will have a lot of headaches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência em atendimento, não fazem questão de resolver o problema do aluno, adiam ate onde podem e deixam de responder pergunas basicas por falta de estrutura interna, Alegando ausência dos gestores.
Bad experience in service, they do not insist on solving the student's problem, they put off as long as they can and fail to answer basic questions due to lack of internal structure, alleging the absence of managers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem respeito nenhum pelo tempo alheio. A gente paga caro, pra instrutor chegar atrasado, pro sistema ficar fora do ar e não avisarem.
A moto foi pra manutenção, não avisaram, eu fui la pro castelinho no meu horário de trabalho, tomei falta, pra não ter a aula.
Ainda disseram q não tinham o número pra avisar que a moto tava na manutenção, sendo que falavam toda semana com eles.
Só continuo pq já paguei e preciso muito, mas não indico pra ninguém.
Has no respect for other people's time. We pay dearly, for the instructor to arrive late, for the system to be down and not notify.
The bike went for maintenance, they didn't warn me, I went to the castle during my work hours, I missed it, so I couldn't have the class.
They even said they didn't have the number to let them know that the bike was undergoing maintenance, and they spoke to them every week.
I only continue because I already paid and I really need it, but I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bastante fraco, parece que evitam te responder. Sistema quase sempre fora do ar, ou seja, prejudica o aluno demais. Faz dois meses já que espero para fazer a prova teórica, é muito descaso com os alunos. Não indico pra ninguém.
Very poor service, it seems that they avoid responding to you. The system is almost always down, that is, it harms the student too much. It's been two months since I've been waiting to take the theoretical test, it's very neglectful with the students. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desmarcam aulas sem aviso prévio, total desrespeito com o aluno que vai a unidade desnecessariamente diversas vezes para resolver coisas simples. Atendimento péssimo.
They cancel classes without notice, total disrespect for the student who goes to the unit unnecessarily several times to solve simple things. Terrible service.
