★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei resolver uma situação na secretaria da autoescola, no horário de 12h (meio-dia, horário que as pessoas que trabalham costumam resolver pendências) e a mesma não dispunha de atendimento. Fui informado que não tem atendimento entre 12h até as 14:30 (duas horas e meia sem atendimento). Lastimável, precisam repensar e melhorar a qualidade da prestação de serviço.
I had to resolve a situation at the school office, at 12 noon (noon, the time that people who work usually resolve issues) and it did not have care. I was informed that there is no service between 12h and 14:30 (two and a half hours without care). Regrettable, they need to rethink and improve the quality of service delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de atendimento péssimo, quem só pode resolver a distância passa mal, o número o qual eles disponibilizam ninguém atende e quando manda mensagem no WhatsApp da auto escola só é respondido no dia posterior de tiver sorte, isso sem contar das taxas abusivas para resposição de aulas práticas.
Lousy customer service, who can only resolve the distance is sick, the number they provide no one answers and when you send a message on WhatsApp from the driving school, it is only answered the day after you are lucky, not to mention the abusive fees for reply practical classes.
