★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só tem dois atendentes que são muito bons. O rapaz de óculos e uma senhora que senta perto dele no canto, o restante das atendentes são péssimas! Te atendem com aquela cara de tédio, não te explicam nada, parece que estão te fazendo um grande favor em te atender! Alguém tem que avisar à elas, que quem paga o salário delas são os clientes da auto escola, e que a auto escola é uma prestadora de serviços . A que agenda as aulas então é uma das que fazem você se arrepender amargamente, te ter escolhido lá para aprender a dirigir.
There are only two attendants who are very good. The boy with glasses and a lady who sits near him in the corner, the rest of the attendants are terrible! They treat you with that bored face, they don't explain anything to you, they seem to be doing you a big favor in attending you! Someone has to warn them that the ones paying their salary are the customers of the school, and that the school is a service provider. What schedule of classes then is one that makes you bitterly regret having chosen you there to learn how to drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maravilhosa eu não tenho palavras pra expressar minha gratidão pelo professor André na prática, dirigir sempre foi meu sonho, e ele soube me entender, não raciocínio com fome heheh nem com sono, ele percebeu minhas fraquezas e teve tanta paciência, e soube cobrar quando necessário e elogia quando precisei, eu hoje acabei sem errar nada!!! Super indico meu professor todos alunos aprovados!! Ele consegue entender nossa alma e ensina com dedicação cada um!!
Wonderful I have no words to express my gratitude for Professor André in practice, driving has always been my dream, and he knew me, not reasoning hungry heheh or sleepy, he realized my weaknesses and had such patience, and knew how to charge when necessary and praise when I needed, I ended up without missing anything today !!! Super indicate my teacher all students approved !! He can understand our soul and teaches each one with dedication !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Umas das piores decisões que tomei em toda minha vida foi fazer auto escola aqui. Salvo o professor teórico André, professor de altíssimo nível, parabéns pela didática, bom humor e paciência conosco. Bom, como nem tudo são flores, eu e minha namorada fomos mal tratados pela senhora responsável pela limpeza, que tudo isso porque ela disse que não poderíamos almoçar nos banquinhos lá dentro, na sala de espera, mas era só ter avisado que tinha uma cozinha no andar de cima não precisava ser tão rude e cruel, só minha namorada que estava lá do lado sabe bem a forma que fomos tratados. Mas não somos videntes, não tinha nenhum papel avisando e fui reclamar com a diretora, e não deu em nada, absolutamente em nada, e foi como se estivesse errados, e o pior alguns atendentes olhavam com desprezo para nós quando a gente entrava. E como se não bastasse, tive aulas praticas com um professor que só ficava no celular, ele só reclamava, jogava joguinho no som alto e além de não me apoiar, além de gritar comigo palavras de alto calão. Não me treinou adequadamente, onde nem se quer disse que só poderia demorar 3 minutos no máximo para poder sair da baliza ou se quer disse que quando saísse da baliza no dia da prova, tinha que desligar o carro completamente. Ou seja, reprovação na certa. Graças a Deus pude fazer o exame por outra auto escola onde consegui passar de primeira só com 2 aulas com ótimo professor. Espero de coração que essa crítica sirva para melhorar a eficiência e gestão dessa auto escola com um potencial tão grande
One of the worst decisions I have made in my entire life has been to drive a school here. Except theoretical professor André, a very high level professor, congratulations on the didactics, good humor and patience with us. Well, as not everything is flowers, my girlfriend and I were treated badly by the lady responsible for cleaning, all of this because she said that we could not have lunch on the stools inside, in the waiting room, but it was just to have warned that there was a kitchen upstairs I didn't need to be so rude and cruel, only my girlfriend who was there next door knows how we were treated. But we are not psychics, I had no role in warning and I went to complain to the director, and it came to nothing, absolutely nothing, and it was as if they were wrong, and the worst was that some attendants looked at us with contempt when we entered. And as if that weren't enough, I had practical classes with a teacher who only stayed on his cell phone, he just complained, played games on the loud sound and besides not supporting me, besides shouting loud words to me. He didn't train me properly, where he didn't even say that it could only take 3 minutes at most to be able to leave the goal or if he said that when he left the goal on the day of the race, he had to turn the car off completely. That is, failing for sure. Thank God I was able to take the exam at another driving school where I managed to pass the first class with just 2 classes with a great teacher. I sincerely hope that this criticism will serve to improve the efficiency and management of this driving school with such great potential

Great driving school, I highly recommend it. I had no problems. Luciane managed to pass content well in class and I have nothing to complain about, excellent teacher! Now just waiting for practical classes ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência na auto escola Riviera foi muito boa. Não tive muitos problemas e os professores, de teórica e prática, foram muito bons. Luciane conseguiu passar bem as aulas teóricas e o André me ensinou direitinho as aulas práticas, às vezes com um puxão de orelha, mas necessário hahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostamos dessa auto escola, se vc chegar atrasado 30 min a aula vc não consegue assistir ou fazer a aula, e ainda tem q pagar por ter perdido a aula, agra eles podem chegar atrasado, pois 1 dia durante a aula prática o professor atrassou tivemos q ligar p a auto escola p saber o motivo é fomos informados q ele estava a caminho, a marcação da prova MT demorada, nos informaram q iria marcar a prova no início do mês e foi no final do mês! Não indico a ngm....
