★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já faz um ano que paguei e ainda não tenho habilitação de carro.
Bom vou contar o que acontece; eles enrolam muito, fiz a prova escrita no Detran em novembro/2013, depois a auto escola pediu para retornar em Janeiro/2014 para agendar as aulas praticas, em Janeiro só tinha agenda aberta a partir do mês de Abril, resumindo fiz as aulas diárias e agora estou aguardando eles marcarem as aulas noturnas.
AGORA CABE A VC!! SE NÃO TIVER PROBLEMA EM ESPERAR 1 ANO PARA TIRAR A HABILITAÇÃO, EU TE INDICO ESSA AUTO ESCOLA SANTA MARIA.

Well I'll tell you what happens; they roll a lot, I took the written test in Detran in November / 2013, then the school asked to return in January / 2014 to schedule the practical classes, in January only had open schedule from April, summarizing I did the daily classes and now I'm waiting for them to schedule the evening classes.
NOW FIT VC !! IF YOU HAVE NO PROBLEM WAITING FOR 1 YEAR TO TAKE OFF THE QUALIFICATION, I WILL INDICATE THIS AUTO SCHOOL SANTA MARIA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não se matriculem nessa Auto-Escola! Descaso com o aluno, eles não cumprem com os prazos. Fui aprovado no exame pratico no dia 27/10/2017 e já estou a mais de 1 mês esperando minha CNH chegar. Primeiro eles disseram que o problema era com o Detran que o prazo seria de 20 dias uteis ( ???????) Mentira! Esse prazo não existe, fui em outras Auto-Escolas perguntar e eles disseram que o prazo é de no máximo 15 dias CORRIDOS depois que a TAXA é paga. Então fui questiona-los e foi ai que descobri que o dono dessa Auto-Escola não tinha pago essa TAXA , foi pagar só agora 01/12/2017. Hoje já é dia 06/12/2017 e ainda nada. Além de tudo isso vale ressaltar que os carros usados para aprender a dirigir são muito ultrapassados em comparação com qualquer outra Auto-Escola não possuem nem ar nem direção (porém o preço é o mesmo).
Do not enroll in this Driving School! Neglect with the student, they do not meet deadlines. I passed the practical exam on 10/27/2017 and I have been waiting for my CNH for more than 1 month. First they said that the problem was with the DMV that the deadline would be 20 working days (???????) Lie! This deadline does not exist, I went to other Driving Schools to ask and they said that the deadline is a maximum of 15 RUNNING days after the FEE is paid. So I went to question them and that's when I found out that the owner of this Driving School had not paid this RATE, he only paid it 12/1/2017. Today is already 12/06/2017 and still nothing. In addition to all this, it is worth mentioning that the cars used to learn to drive are far outdated in comparison to any other Driving School they have neither air nor direction (but the price is the same).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autoescola horrível, única coisa que salva são os instrutores. Descaso com os prazos, estrutura ultrapassada, demora pra marcação de provas e aulas. Onde já se viu 1 mês pra marcar aula noturna. Entrei com o processo em setembro/18 já estamos em abril/19 e estou esperando pra fazer a prova prática só agora. O Ari, demora muito pra marcar as aulas, além de fazer de tudo pra atrasar o processo
Awful autochris, the only thing that saves are the instructors. Relocation with deadlines, outdated structure, delay for the marking of tests and lessons. Where we've seen one month to book a night class. I joined the process in September / 18 we are already in April / 19 and I am waiting to take the practical test just now. Ari, it takes a lot to mark the classes, besides doing everything to delay the process

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Ari, dono da autoescola só sabe enrolar os alunos, ele disse que após a prova teórica, sendo aprovado, teria que esperar 5 dias úteis para iniciar as aulas práticas, por exigência do Detran, mas cabe lembrar que esse prazo não existe, isso é um descaso com o cliente.
A minha instrutora Rosy, é uma péssima profissional, durante as aulas ela ficava só no celular, não prestava atenção no trânsito, o trajeto era sempre o mesmo, dificilmente ela mudava o trajeto de aula e foram poucas as vezes que ela me colocou para dirigir em uma avenida mais movimentada por exemplo.
A única exceção é o instrutor Marcelo, que é um ótimo profissional, eu fiz apenas duas aulas com ele, ele me ensinou perfeitamente tudo o que precisava para a prova, e fez um trajeto de aula completamente diferente, trazendo experiência de volante, além de ser muito atensioso e comprometido com o trabalho.

My instructor Rosy, she is a terrible professional, during classes she was only on her cell phone, she didn’t pay attention to traffic, the route was always the same, she hardly changed the class route and there were few times she put me to drive on a busier avenue for example.
The only exception is the instructor Marcelo, who is a great professional, I took only two classes with him, he perfectly taught me everything I needed for the test, and made a completely different class path, bringing experience behind the wheel, in addition to be very attentive and committed to the job.

Fazem total descanso com o aluno.Autoescola horrível, única coisa que salva são os instrutores,apesar das aulas serem medíocres Descaso com os prazos, estrutura ultrapassada,
Quando você já pagou tudo o que interessa a eles, você já era.
Você fica a disposição deles para quando eles quiserem.
Agora o carro, embreagem lá no pescoço,para quem não tem muita experiência,o ponto de arranque, saída do veículo é muito estreito, é por isso que muitos deixam o carro morrer, é a mesma coisa de uma moto com embreagem alta, saída fraca e morre fácil o motor
