Após ser aprovada na teórica me deram um prazo de 60 dias para marcarem as aulas práticas, depois 90 dias. Ja se passaram mais de 100 dias e qdo entro em contato via whatsapp dizem q o responsavel vai entrar em contato comigo, isso qdo me respondem.? Detalhe: Nunca entram em contato. Vc se matricula e nao sabe mais de nada. LAMENTÁVEL

It's been more than 100 days and when I get in touch via whatsapp they say the person in charge will get in touch with me, that's when they answer me.? Detail: They never get in touch. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra quem quer ver o seu sonho de tirar Habilitação virar um pesadelo, pode se matricular. Essa auto escola não cumpre com nada do que dizem. Já estou até providenciando um bolo, pois minha esposa vai fazer um ano de processo de CNH e só teve 1 aula prática até agora, sendo que passou na prova teórica no mês de maio, ou seja, são mais de 5 meses pra começar uma aula prática. Absurdo isso.

I'm already arranging a cake, as my wife is going through a year of CNH process and has only had 1 practical class so far, and she passed the theoretical test in May, that is, it takes more than 5 months to start a class practice. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Sonho da CNH se torna literalmente um pesadelo. Aprovada no exame teórico em agosto e até hoje sem agendamento para as aulas praticas. Inicialmente me deram um prazo de 60 dias, que se tornou 90 dias, e já vamos para mais de 120 dias. Total desrespeito com o cliente, não dão satisfação, lesam o cliente na maior cara dura argumentando que o DETRAN não da mais prazo para conclusão da CNH. Com a AUTO ESCOLA UNIÃO você consegue tirar sua CNH com um prazo infinito, vc paga e morre sem a CNH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior auto escola de Alagoas, atendimento horrível, não cumpre com o prometido, estou desde Julho de 2021 aguardando agendamento das aulas práticas e não dão nenhuma satisfação ao consumidor, não indico, fujam dessa dor de cabeça.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde fevereiro paguei pra adicionar a letra A eles me enrolaram pra marca aula pedi meu dinheiro o dono da auto escola nunca está e já está me enrolando a 2 meses pra me devolver o dinheiro perdi meu emprego pois dependia da carta e eles não liga só enrolam o mesmo disse que se eu quiser resolve na justiça ficar a vontade eles não ligam pra nada mesmo . Não recomendo a ninguém
Since February I paid to add the letter A they tricked me to book a class I asked for my money the owner of the driving school is never there and he's been dragging me around for 2 months to give me back the money I lost my job because it depended on the letter and they don't care, they just roll the same said that if I want to decide in court to be comfortable they don't care about anything at all. I don't recommend it to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matriculei meu filho dia 05 /04/22,no ato da matrícula entrou um cliente reclamando que já fazia 2 anos que estava tentando tirar sua CNH nessa auto escola.no dia 16/04/22 fui fazer o cancelamento do meu filho, mim deram um prazo de 15 dias para a devolução do dinheiro,já se passaram 32 dIas e nada,ligo o dono nunca tá, uma total falta de respeito para com o cliente. atenção todos que foram lesados vamos procurar nossos direitos contra essa auto escola.
