ZERO score for the super bad service that the receptionist Sinara from the driving school is worth to customers. Those responsible for this company should better select the people who are hired to work in the public service !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente super grossa, sem paciência de responder as msgs e quando responde é de uma forma muito mal educada e debochada. Escolham melhor as pessoas que trabalham com vocês, nesse exato momento estou em busca de outra autoescola pq não tem condição.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando eu liguei eles me deram um valor e uma data de início das aulas no mesmo dia fui lá, meia hora depois que liguei e chegando lá o preço era outro e ficaram me enrolando quanto ao início das aulas pq não era no dia que foi falado no telefone. Fiz mesmo assim. Só que agora depois de semanas ainda estou esperando para repor as aulas que perdi por causa de problemas com a Internet. E ligo pra lá e ninguém atende. Não recomendo
When I called they gave me an amount and a date for the start of classes on the same day I went there, half an hour after I called and when I got there, the price was different and they kept bothering me about the start of classes because it was not the day it was said on the phone. I did it anyway. But now after weeks I'm still waiting to make up the classes I missed because of Internet problems. And I call there and no one answers. I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com a autoescola foi boa. Todas as etapas muito bem explicadas, tudo na base da transparência. Por eu ter iniciado o processo de habilitação num ano de pandemia, tudo demorou mais do que o esperado. No entanto, os instrutores Cláudia (teórico), João (prático carro) e Klebson (prático moto) muito competentes e experientes souberam contornar a situação para o solidificar o aprendizado. As atendentes Fernanda e Lana se mostraram bastante proativas nos atendimentos das minhas solicitações e em responder minhas dúvidas. Fui bastante exigente, e esse feedback é para motivar ainda mais e parabenizar esses profissionais.
My experience with driving school was good. All the steps very well explained, all on the basis of transparency. Because I started the habilitation process in a pandemic year, everything took longer than expected. However, instructors Cláudia (theoretician), João (practical car) and Klebson (practical motorcycle) very competent and experienced knew how to get around the situation to solidify their learning. The attendants Fernanda and Lana were very proactive in answering my requests and answering my questions. I was very demanding, and this feedback is to further motivate and congratulate these professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível, instrutor não ia da as aulas e a auto escola não dava uma justificativa, marcavam minhas aulas e quando eu ia coletar a biometria minhas aulas não estava marcadas, não respondem o WhatsApp e jogam as responsabilidades tudo para uma 2 pessoa.
Horrible experience, instructor didn't go to classes and the driving school didn't give a reason, they scheduled my classes and when I was going to collect the biometrics my classes weren't scheduled, they don't answer WhatsApp and they throw the responsibilities all to a 2 person.
