★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei um orçamento por telefone, foi me dado um outro valor, ainda assim paguei um valor mais alto que o que foi dado por telefone, porém ao entrar no carro não achei tão bem lavado. Não voltarei.
I requested a quote over the phone, I was given a different amount, even so I paid a higher amount than what was given over the phone, but when I got into the car I didn't think it was so well washed. Will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito revoltada e insatisfeita com o serviço que realizei nesta empresa. Deixei meu carro para lavar e encerar e o carro foi devolvido com dois arranhões grandes no vidro dianteiro O atendente Lázaro tratou o caso com total desrespeito sem ao menos pedir para avaliar o carro. Me senti lesada,desrespeitada e fiquei com um prejuízo enorme,pois o atendente insinuou que os arranhões já existiam.
Very angry and dissatisfied with the service I performed in this company. I left my car for washing and waxing and the car was returned with two big scratches on the front window. The attendant Lázaro treated the case with total disrespect without even asking to evaluate the car. I felt wronged, disrespected and I was left with a huge loss, as the attendant insinuated that the scratches already existed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lavagem é meia boca, o carro, que foi vitrificado pela mesma empresa há 1 (um) mês atrás, ao sair da concessionária, ficou cheio de manchas/marcas na pintura. Questionei, o atendente orienta a procurar quem fez a vitrificacao (que foi da mesma empresa). Ou seja, descaso e falta de comprometimento com o serviço. A lavagem não é barata, é o que fica parecendo é que só visam o $$$, é não a satisfação do cliente. O cliente "que se vire".
The wash is half-assed, the car, which was vitrified by the same company 1 (one) month ago, when leaving the dealership, was full of stains / marks on the paint. I asked, the attendant advises me to look for who did the vitrification (which was from the same company). That is, neglect and lack of commitment to the service. Cleaning is not cheap, it seems that they only aim at the $$$, it is not customer satisfaction. The "turn around" customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável!! O serviço seria lavar, aspirar e encerar. Qdo fui buscar, simplesmente não haviam encerado o teto, os parachoques e tampa da mala, sem falar que percebi em algumas outras partes muito pouca aplicação do produto. Ou seja, metade do carro ou mais estava sem cera ou porcamente encerado. Reclamei, justificaram que a pessoa esqueceu, foi feito lá uma meia sola e pronto. É melhor e mais barato fazer o serviço nas esquinas da vida pois ao menos vc não é enganado. Esse lava-jato fica no estacionamento subsolo do Gbarbosa Costa azul.
