Fui informado que lá não vende peças, só serviços de mecânica com troca de peças.. Então disse que queria exatamente isso, mas precisava ter o orçamento das peças com o serviço. No fim percebi que não queriam ou não precisam de novos clientes, desliguei e liguei para um concorrente. Me atenderam muito bem, em 20 mim me mandaram o orçamento do reparo com a mão de obra. Não entendi foi nada. Dica: O ATENDIMENTO FAZ TODA DIFERENÇA!
I just contacted the store. It seems that whoever answered me doesn't want to receive customers in the store. I needed to quote a service to exchange parts for my car. I was informed that they don't sell parts there, only mechanic services with replacement parts.. So I said that I wanted exactly that, but I needed to have the parts budget with the service. In the end I realized they didn't want or need new customers, so I hung up and called a competitor. They took care of me very well, in 20 they sent me the budget for the repair with the labor. I didn't understand it was nothing. Tip: SERVICE MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE!
