★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei uma compra pelo whatsapp de uma peça e pedir um Uber Encomendas para retirar a peça. Ao fazer o PIX, realizei pela conta da minha namorada. Neste lapso o UberE estava a caminho.
Fui informado pelo atendente que não liberaria a peça, pois o pagamento foi realizado em outro nome.
Me disse que liberaria apenas no dia seguinte, porque teria que cadastrar a pessoa do pagamento. Isso por volta de 17:45. Detalhe é que ao me cadastrar, fez isto em menos de 1 minuto, sendo perfeitamente possível o atendente cadastrar a pessoa do pagamento (minha namorada) em tempo hábil, uma vez que, de acordo com o Google, a AutoJapan Raja fecha 18:30.
Assim estou hoje sem minha peça e sem meu dinheiro para comprar a peça em outro lugar.
Não sou de BH, estou de passagem e tive problema com o carro.

So today I am without my piece and without my money to buy the piece elsewhere.
I'm not from BH, I'm passing through and I had a problem with the car.
