Deixei meu caminhão para concertar um barulho que estava fazendo no motor já havia levado em três mecânicos diferente e fui informado que o barulho poderia ser na corrente do meu Kia Bongo, porém pra minha surpresa(ou não) o Sr Marcos disse que não ouviu o barulho e que o caminhão não tinha nada! Uma semana depois disse que o barulho era nós rolamentos do alternador, o que ele trocou e na sexta feira passada (27/11/2020) retirei o caminhão que ele havia dito que consertou e estava perfeito, e pra minha surpresa no fim da tarde da mesma sexta feira o barulho voltou! Avisei ele por msg via watsapp e ele me disse pra retornar com o caminhão fazendo barulho, o que fiz na segunda feira. E pra mais uma surpresa ele disse que o barulho seria uma coisa e que não ia mecher após eu reclamar o pq que ele não havia visto isso antes sendo que o caminhão ficou lá na mecânica dele desde o dia 20/11/2020 ou seja uma semana!! Ou seja não arrumou nada do que precisava e ainda dispensou o serviço, e detalhe sem educação nenhuma fala com vc dando as costas não te dá explicação das coisas atendimento horrível. Nao digo pelos outros dois que estavam lá pq eles atenderam bem! Mesmo assim não recomendo pra nenhum dos meus amigos que trabalham nesse ramo!!
Service of Mr Marcos horrible !!
I left my truck to fix a noise I was making on the engine I had already taken it in three different mechanics and I was informed that the noise could be in the chain of my Kia Bongo, but to my surprise (or not) Mr Marcos said he did not hear the noise and that the truck had nothing! A week later he said the noise was us alternator bearings, which he changed and last Friday (11/27/2020) I removed the truck that he said he fixed and it was perfect, and to my surprise at the end of the afternoon from the same Friday the noise came back! I told him via msg via watsapp and he told me to return with the truck making noise, which I did on Monday. And for one more surprise he said that the noise would be something and that it would not move after I complained because he had not seen it before, since the truck was there at his mechanics since 20/11/2020 week!! In other words, you didn't get anything you needed and even waived the service, and detail without any education, talking to you, turning your back, doesn't give you an explanation of things. I do not say for the other two who were there because they answered well! Even so I do not recommend it to any of my friends who work in this business !!
