Após 4 revisões consecutivas no mesmo local, descobri que as barras estabilizadoras da suspensão traseira tinham as buchas estouradas e segundo profissional da área deveriam ser trocadas a cada 40 mil km. Resultado: Pneu Michelin que deveria ter uma vida útil superior a 60 mil km duraram apenas 38 mil por desgaste excessivo no lado interno do pneu.
Conclusão: O mecânico que foi contratado para realizar uma revisão geral, não observou o desgaste dos órgãos mecânicos, fez rodízio dos pneus e realizou alinhamento ( como consegue fazer alinhamento se a bucha estava estourada o que impossibilita o alinhamento do pneu?). Todas as revisões foram cobradas ( a última revisão cobrou 700 reais de mão de obra por 4 horas nas mãos do mecânico ou seja cobrou 175 reais/hora).
O prejudicado foi o cliente que confiou em profissionais, que na realidade não cumpriram uma das funções fundamentais que e inspeccionar, avaliar e diagnosticar eventuais problemas que o carro tenha.
As consequências da má qualidade do serviço prestado surgem com o tempo e só se percebe se tivermos ido sempre no mesmo local fazer a revisão.
Não recomendo.
