★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sem palavras, atendimento excelente. meu carro quebrou na sexta feira 15:00 porem não consegui nenhum mecânico na cidade toda que se dispôs em me ajudar, todos me enrrolava inventava desculpa, havia ate um mecânico em frente ao posto dom Pedro chamado Tavares que me cobrou um absurdo foi extremamente grosso e pouco se dispôs a me ajudar, além de querer fazer com que eu fizesse o retorno pra ir ate ele pra terminar de quebrar o carro e ele estava literalmente em frente era só atravessar a rua nota negativa e meu comentário pra quem puder fugir daquele Tavares vigarista...
no sábado a tarde uma alma boa naquela cidade me deu o cartão do seu Élcio, paguei um guincho que foi outra dificuldade de achar e cheguei la 12:00 seu Élcio foi muito atencioso e já começou a mexer no meu carro ele não parou nem pra comer ele simplesmente ficou la mexendo até terminar e além de toda a disposição me cobrou um preço justo, sou de São Paulo onde é fácil achar mão de obra, mais quero ajudar quem eu puder a não passar oque eu passei pois perdi 1 dia inteiro de viagem pois não encontrei seu Élcio antes e graças a Deus eu o encontre pois ele foi o único naquela cidade que se prontificou em me ajudar no sábado enfim sem comentários deixo aqui apenas 5 estrelas pq infelizmente não posso deixar 1000.
speechless, excellent service. my car broke down on Friday 3:00 pm but I couldn't find any mechanic in the whole city who was willing to help me, everyone was trying to make up excuses, there was even a mechanic in front of the Dom Pedro gas station called Tavares who charged me an absurdity, it was extremely rude and he was unwilling to help me, besides wanting to make me turn around to go to him to finish breaking up the car and he was literally in front, just cross the street negative note and my comment for anyone who can escape that Tavares swindler...
on Saturday afternoon a good soul in that city gave me Mr. Élcio's card, I paid a tow truck that was another difficulty to find and I got there at 12:00 Mr. Élcio was very attentive and already started tinkering with my car, he didn't even stop to eat he just kept stirring until he finished and besides all the disposition he charged me a fair price, I'm from São Paulo where it's easy to find labor, but I want to help whoever I can to not spend what I went through because I lost 1 whole day of trip because I haven't met Élcio before and thank God I found him because he was the only one in that city who volunteered to help me on Saturday.
