★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem recebido, e tive meu problema resolvido, mesmo precisando lidar com recursos que eram acessíveis apenas pela autorizada. O Junior acionou seus contatos e fez o que precisava ser feito. O problema foi que ao retornar até lá, devido ao primeiro problema que aconteceu, me deram zero atenção. Em casos assim, recomendo dizer para procurar outro mecânico. Desta forma, tenho ao menos a chance de me planejar, e tentar ser devidamente recebido em outro local.
I was very well received, and my problem was solved, even though I had to deal with resources that were only accessible by the authorized person. Junior activated his contacts and did what needed to be done. The problem was that when I returned there, due to the first problem that happened, they gave me zero attention. In such cases, I recommend saying to look for another mechanic. In this way, I at least have the chance to plan myself, and try to be properly received elsewhere.
