★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizei a oficina duas vezes e na segunda (carro estava sujando as velas) deixaram muito a desejar.
Primeiro trocaram a junta da tampa de valvulas (80 reais). Não resolveu e voltei até lá.
Novamente disseram ter solucionado o problema.
Novamente retornei (3x )e disseram que seria necessário trocar toda a tampa (mais 900 reais).
Confiei pelo histórico (uma das oficinas mais bem avaliadas de Itajubá) e fiz o serviço.
Logo ao sair da oficina (uma sexta no final da tarde) o carro já apresentou problema novamente, pois trocaram a tampa mas não limparam as velas, o que deixava o carro pipocando MUITO, justamente o motivo de eu ter voltado a oficina (ou seja, nem testaram o carro).
Chegando em casa vi que a tampa que foi colocada não era original do veículo conforme foi me passado. Inclusive tinha um buraco a mais (vide foto).
Reclamei novamente e vieram na minha casa no sábado (4 atendimento).
Limparam as velas e explicaram que a tampa de velas era de um modelo mais novo, por isso tinha um buraco a mais pro sensor de temperatura do cabeçote que meu modelo não tinha, que não traria impacto negativo nenhum e que com certeza o problema estava resolvido. Para evitar maiores dores de cabeça aceitei e solucionaria o problema óbvio que cairia sujeira no motor por minha conta.
Porém, depois de mil reais gastos e 4 idas e vindas a oficina, o carro voltou a sujar velas.
Liguei novamente e me pediram duas semanas para agendar o retorno (o que seria o quinto atendimento, eu com o carro parado, já tendo gasto mil reais)
Resolvi assumir o prejuízo e trocar de oficina.
Na outra oficina constataram que o problema era no cabeçote, não na tampa de valvulas, através de um teste básico de pressão nos pistões (que não foi feito em 4 atendimentos nesta oficina).
A impressão que fiquei é que não foi feito análise nenhuma, simplesmente se saiu trocando peças (com meu dinheiro) e nem testando o carro para entregá-lo. Um dia iriam chegar na solução do problema por tentativa e erro.
I used the workshop twice and the second time (the car was dirtying the candles) they left a lot to be desired.
First they changed the valve cover gasket (80 reais). It didn't work and I went back there.

I trusted the track record (one of the best rated workshops in Itajubá) and did the job.
As soon as I left the workshop (on a Friday in the late afternoon) the car already had a problem again, as they changed the cap but did not clean the spark plugs, which left the car popping A LOT, precisely the reason why I went back to the workshop (that is, , nor did they test the car).
Arriving at home, I saw that the cover that was placed was not original to the vehicle as it was given to me. It even had an extra hole (see photo).
I complained again and they came to my house on Saturday (4th service).
They cleaned the spark plugs and explained that the spark plug cap was a newer model, so it had an extra hole for the head temperature sensor that my model didn't have, that it wouldn't have any negative impact and that the problem was definitely solved. . To avoid further headaches I accepted and would solve the obvious problem that dirt would fall into the engine on my own.
However, after a thousand reais spent and 4 trips to the workshop, the car started to get candles dirty again.
I called again and they asked me for two weeks to schedule the return (which would be the fifth service, I had the car stopped, having already spent a thousand reais)
I decided to take the loss and change the workshop.
In the other workshop, they found that the problem was in the head, not in the valve cover, through a basic pressure test on the pistons (which was not done in 4 visits in this workshop).
The impression I got is that no analysis was done, it simply changed parts (with my money) and not even testing the car to deliver it. One day they would come to the solution of the problem by trial and error.
