★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levamos o carro para arrumar um vazamento de água. Por cinco vezes voltamos pq o problema não era resolvido. Chegavamos em casa e o carro continuava vazando. Cada hora falavam q era um problema. Gastamos em torno de 1500 e não resolveram o problema. Até que cansamos e meu esposo resolveu arrumar ele mesmo!! Ele comprou as peças e ele mesmo trocou!! Na última vez que garantiram q tinha arrumado, paramos no meio da pista com o carro super aquecendo e vazando toda a água! Se ofereceram até para guinchar, mas recusamos pq perdemos totalmente na confiança! Não recomendo. Passamos muito stress. E o que mais nós surpreendeu foi o fato do meu esposo, que não é mecânico, conseguir ver o problema e arrumar, o que eles que são mecânicos não conseguiram!!!!
We took the car to fix a water leak. Five times we returned because the problem was not resolved. We got home and the car kept leaking. Every hour they said it was a problem. We spent around 1500 and they didn't solve the problem. Until we got tired and my husband decided to fix it himself!! He bought the parts and exchanged them himself!! The last time they guaranteed it was fixed, we stopped in the middle of the track with the car super warming up and leaking all the water! They even offered to squeak, but we refused because we totally lost confidence! I do not recommend. We spent a lot of stress. And what surprised us the most was the fact that my husband, who is not a mechanic, was able to see the problem and fix it, which they who are mechanics couldn't do!!!!
