Absurdo, e não adianta pedir pra diminuir o barulho.
They make a lot of noise, the whole neighborhood is uncomfortable .. it's Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, there are days until 11 pm.
Absurd, and there's no use asking to decrease the noise.
