Fui surpreendido por outra oficina no Jardim América quando o rolamento de roda do New Civic foi trocado errado e o mecânico culpou a peça; nem assumiu o prejuizo gerado de R$ 390.
O TECO mesmo no recesso abriu a oficina e resolveu o problema da oficina que instalou a peça errada.
Muito satisfeito com a qualidade do serviço, atenção, profissionalismo e atendimento.

I was surprised by another workshop in Jardim América when the wheel bearing on the New Civic was changed wrongly and the mechanic blamed the part; nor did it assume the generated loss of R$390.
TECO even in the recess opened the workshop and solved the problem of the workshop that installed the wrong part.
