Levei meu carro que nenhuma outra empresa próxima conseguiu resolver e nesta empresa resolveram o problema de uma maneira rápida e econômica, inclusive lembro ter entregado ele sujo e voltou limpo sem cobrar nenhum adicional do pressuposto que tinham dado anteriormente.
Great service, quality of service is excellent, always aiming at the best cost benefit for the customer, I highly recommend this company. I took my car that no other company nearby managed to solve and in this company they solved the problem in a quick and economical way, I even remember having delivered it dirty and returned clean without charging any additional of the assumption that they had given previously.

Deixei o carro nessa oficina para um reparo na caixa de marchas e para trocar os freios, o carro voltou com vazamento de óleo (não vazava nada antes disso), menos 1/4 de combustível e com o ar condicionado fraco. Meu pai levou o carro para reclamar do vazamento de óleo, o carro ficou mais alguns dias lá, não ligaram avisando que "estava pronto". Quando pegamos o vazamento estava ainda maior, voltou a apresentar o mesmo defeito na marcha fazendo um enorme barulho e a marcha estava se movendo. Voltamos lá novamente e o carro ficou ainda pior, deixaram sem a 5ª marcha e com o vazamento de óleo.
Resumindo, paguei uma grana (me cobrou 2 mil) para deixarem o meu carro ainda pior, precisei gastar novamente agora em outra oficina pois fiquei completamente sem óleo no motor.
Essa oficina havia sido super bem indicada, mas foi a pior experiência que pude ter. Eles sequer falaram sobre ter deixado o ar condicionado fraco mesmo com os meus questionamentos, não tentaram nem resolver. Não resolveram nem o básico, que foi o serviço que contratei. Levei o carro com um defeito e tirei de lá com 3 ou mais defeitos.
Poor service and care. I left the car in that workshop for a gearbox repair and to change the brakes, the car came back with an oil leak (nothing leaked before), less 1/4 of fuel and with weak air conditioning. My father took the car to complain about the oil leak, the car stayed there for a few more days, they didn't call saying "it was ready". When we caught the leak it was even bigger, it returned to show the same defect in the march making a huge noise and the march was moving. We went back there again and the car got even worse, they left without 5th gear and with the oil leak.
In short, I paid some money (charged me 2 thousand) to make my car even worse, I had to spend it again now in another workshop because I was completely out of engine oil.
This workshop had been very well recommended, but it was the worst experience I could have. They didn't even talk about making the air conditioning weak even with my questions, they didn't even try to solve it. They didn't even solve the basics, which was the service I hired. I took the car with a defect and took it out with 3 or more defects.
