Não enrolam com o carro, pegam num dia agendado, te dá uma ideia de prazo da manutenção, oferece três linhas de peças de reposição (original, primeira linha, paralelo), testam com ferramentas próprias, sem achometro. Nunca precisei voltar com o carro pra ficar arrumando, arrumou, sai de lá e já era. Nada de ir e volta com o mesmo problema, resolvem de primeira, mas pague pro conserto né! Gostaria de ver mais oficinas nesse mesmo jeito...
The staff works on schedule. They don't roll with the car, they take it on a scheduled day, it gives you an idea of the maintenance period, it offers three lines of spare parts (original, first line, parallel), they test with their own tools, without an achometer. I never had to go back with the car to get it fixed up, fixed it, get out of there and that's it. No going back and forth with the same problem, solve it first, but pay for the repair, right! I would like to see more workshops in the same way ...
