It took me a while, but I'm just here to thank you for the excellent service I had in my process of obtaining a license with the JVC driving school, which in fact the name should be excellence. JVC Auto School has a phenomenal team. From the booking of classes until the last moment I had all the excellent attention. Rafa and Jailson were great partners. Tive um problema particular durante meu processo de adição de categoria à CNH e fui acolhido com respeito, carinho, e atenção sem precedentes. Pessoas de bom coração, empáticas, sérias e corretas. A moto é novinha, o instrutor atencioso. Vale cada centavo!
The School's Board of Directors and Instructor are unique. I had a particular problem during my process of adding a category to the CNH and I was welcomed with unprecedented respect, affection and attention. Good-hearted, empathetic, serious and correct people. The bike is brand new, the instructor attentive. Worth every penny!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles são perfeitos!!! Ajudam em qualquer coisa que você precisar, os instrutores são super atenciosos com tudo e os meninos da secretaria são super simpáticos. Eu entrei sem saber nem trocar a marcha e agora estou preparadíssima pra dirigir no caos do trânsito de sp.
They are perfect!!! They help with anything you need, the instructors are super attentive with everything and the secretary boys are super friendly. I got in without even knowing how to change gear and now I'm very prepared to drive in the chaos of sp traffic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o processo para retirar minha primeira carta (em junho de 2021) com eles... Quanto a questão administrativa, são muito bagunçados e desorganizados. Diversas vezes tinha que cobrar a auto escola sobre questões de documentos, marcar aulas ou até mesmo que demoravam para responder. Além disso, existiram outras coisas que não deveriam ser responsabilidade do consumidor cobrar, e sim deles de organizar e entregar. Sobre as aulas, nada a reclamar, instrutores são ótimos e ensinam muito bem.
I went through the process to withdraw my first letter (in June 2021) with them... As for the administrative issue, they are very messy and disorganized. Several times I had to charge the driving school about document issues, schedule classes or even that they took a long time to respond. In addition, there were other things that should not be the responsibility of the consumer to charge, but their responsibility to organize and deliver. About the classes, nothing to complain, instructors are great and teach very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima experiência, fui muito bem atendido e com muita agilidade do pessoal da auto escola. Começando pelos instrutores que foram muito atenciosos e ensinaram muito bem nas aulas de moto. E inclusive a minha filha está aulas para a CNH de carro. Eu indico e recomendo.
Great experience, I was very well attended and very agile by the bus staff. Starting with the instructors who were very attentive and taught very well in the motorcycle classes. And even my daughter is taking CNH classes by car. I recommend and recommend.
