★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tendo uma péssima experiência com essa auto escola, onde a comunicação é 0 (zero), muito difícil entrar em contato e quando alguém atende o telefone não sabe dar a informação necessária tem que precisar de uma segunda pessoa para que responda e essa pessoa nunca está disponível, e que quando obter uma resposta retornam o contato, e simplesmente esquecem, uma verdadeiro descaso. Estou a 3 dias tentando resolver um assunto e a atendente só enrola e não resolve nada. Enfim, procurei esse estabelecimento que não tem respeito nem cconsideração com o cliente, estou altamente decepcionada...
 I'm having a terrible experience with this driving school, where communication is 0 (zero), it's very difficult to get in touch and when someone answers the phone they don't know how to give the necessary information, they have to need a second person to answer and that person never is available, and that when they get an answer they return the contact, and simply forget, a real disregard. I've been trying to resolve a matter for 3 days and the attendant just rolls around and doesn't solve anything. Anyway, I looked for this establishment that has no respect or consideration for the customer, I am highly disappointed...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NAO INDICO! Lugar extremamente bagunçado, vivem desmarcando aulas, fora as aula teóricas que são um horror! O professor não se organiza para dá todo o conteúdo. Quando termina o horror da aula teórica vem o horror das aulas práticas, que vivem desmarcando, não tem organização e colocam para vc ter 1 aula por dia ( quando o normal são 2 aulas por dia,) passei 20 dias indo para lá para ter essas aulas , fora as vezes que desmarcaram, ou foram colocar gasolina no carro "comendo" os minutos da minha aula. Nesse meio tempo me mudaram de professor 4x ! Faz um mês que terminei as aulas práticas e eles não marcam minha prova no Detran! Ligacoes não atendem, quando atendem ( depois da pessoa ligar 15 vezes)falam que não podem falar pois estão em atendimento, só falta desligar na sua cara ( e a minha ligação é o que? Pensei que era atendimento ) para ser atendido nessa auto escola é igual o tempo das cavernas, tem que mandar um telegrama , ou ir até lá, mesmo que seja para perguntar se sua prova já foi marcada. Tem que ir todo dia lá. Uma dúvida você não consegue resolver por telefone. A pessoa tem que não ter o que fazer, pois tem que bater o ponto lá , como se fosse funcionário para a sua habilitação sair. É cilada! Não caiam. Woo arrependimento
I DO NOT INDICATE! Extremely messy place, they keep canceling classes, apart from the theoretical classes, which are horrible! The teacher is not organized to give all the content. When the horror of the theoretical class comes to an end, the horror of the practical classes comes to an end, which are always unchecked, there is no organization and they put you to have 1 class a day (when the normal is 2 classes a day,) I spent 20 days going there to have these classes, apart from the times they canceled, or went to put gas in the car "eating" the minutes of my class. In the meantime they changed my teacher 4x! It's been a month since I finished the practical classes and they don't schedule my test on Detran! Calls don't answer, when they answer (after the person calls 15 times) they say they can't talk because they are in attendance, all that's left is to hang up on your face (and what's my call? I thought it was service) to be attended at this bus school it's just like the time in the caves, you have to send a telegram, or go there, even if it's to ask if your test has already been scheduled. You have to go there every day. A question you cannot resolve over the phone. The person has to have nothing to do, as they have to check the time there, as if they were an employee for their license to go out. It's a trap! Don't fall. Woo regret

Presenteei com uma habilitação categoria. B em julho de 2020 um ex enteado meu ,e hoje novembro de 2021 o aluno nao teve a ida ao Detran agendada.
E com um agravante MUITO SÉRIO.
O instrutor adiou uma das aulas com o aluno alegando que nesta data iria levar alunos ao DETRAN e repôs a aula em data posterior.
AGORA esta aula aparece como não frequentada pelo aluno,o que gerou uma cobrança de Multa por falta.
O instrutor provavelmente deve ter vendido este horário a outro aluno com maior dificuldade,fazendo um dinheiro por fora, e acabou prejudicando o aluno que nenhuma aula faltou.
Irei até as últimas consequências para esclarecer este fato e pelo constrangimento que estamos passando por conta de um funcionário no mínimo Mau caráter.

I presented it with a qualifying category. B in July 2020 an ex-stepson of mine, and today November 2021 the student did not have a trip to Detran scheduled.
And with a VERY SERIOUS aggravation.
The instructor postponed one of the classes with the student, claiming that on this date he would take students to DETRAN and replaced the class at a later date.
NOW this class appears as not attended by the student, which generated a fine for absence.
The instructor must have probably sold this timetable to another student with greater difficulty, making some money out of it, and ended up harming the student who missed no classes.
I will go to the last consequences to clarify this fact and the embarrassment that we are going through on account of an employee with at least Bad character.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se arrependimento matasse…desorganizada e profissionais não qualificados para o cargo, a administração não resolve nada. Vale a pena pagar mais caro e fazer em outro lugar? 150% SIM. Pior experiência possível.
If regret could kill…disorganized and unqualified professionals for the position, the administration doesn't solve anything. Is it worth paying more and doing it somewhere else? 150% YES. Worst experience possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A autoescola não dá nenhum suporte e inventam várias taxas que se você não tiver conhecimento, acaba pagando.
Fora que, pelo menos o meu instrutor, que mais parecia querer me deixar nervosa pra depois pedir dinheiro dizendo conhecer gente no Detran, do que realmente ensinar.
The driving school doesn't give any support and they invent several fees that if you don't have knowledge, you end up paying.
Besides, at least my instructor, who seemed to want to make me nervous and later ask for money saying he knew people at Detran, than actually teaching.
