Falta de acessibilidade para surdos.
Cheguei Alcântara as 13:55 + trânsito parado + peguei outro ônibus para o Rio. Quase cheguei muito atrasado no rio 17h.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passagem cara e serviço ruim. Ônibus imundos e de clima pesado. Tiraram as passagens gratuitas de idosos e pcd's mas os ônibus continuam os mesmos, talvez piores. Se valem de ter o monopólio no distrito de Santa Izabel. Vcs ainda se perguntam pq nunca haverá metrô entre Rio e SG?
