 Terrible attendance! If you buy any part and try to return the same one purchased with a card, then this establishment does not refund the amount paid, thus being stored as a credit. I have witnessed several discussions in this store and I have heard several people comment on this auto part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um jogo de velas e o Mecânico detectou que estavam com defeito. Quando fui trocar o gerente teve a cara de pau de me cobrar mais 50 reais pra fazer a troca. E ainda alegou que foi mau uso. Péssimo local pra você fazer compras de peças pro seu carro. Você pode pagar muito caro!
I bought a set of candles and Mechanical detected that were defective. When I change the manager had the nerve to charge me another 50 reais to make the switch. And even claimed that it was misuse. Bad place for you to shop for your car parts pro. You can pay dearly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, lugar deveria ter um call center separado, solicitei uma peça, ai um empurra pro outro, que empurra pro outro, que quando me atende é um atendente super grosso, rasgou o orçamento ao tirar da impressora, quase quebra a impressora. Isso as 8:15 da manha, isso todos parados falando sobre futebol...Sinceramente já comprei em uma outra ocasião com uma boa pessoa, infelizmente não tive a mesma sorte dessa vez! N U N C A M A I S V O L T O A Q U I !
