★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento , ia trocar uma peça cara e no fim o atendente mto experiente me informou q se eu trocasse outra com valor bem menor já solucionaria. Nao são mercenários e sim ajudam os clientes. E no fim ficou mto bom o conserto . Obgda pela ajuda !
Great service, I was going to change an expensive part and in the end the very experienced attendant informed me that if I changed another one with a much lower value, I would solve it. They are not mercenaries, they help customers. And in the end the repair was very good. Thanks for the help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui tão bem atendido como fomos aí saímos de São Paulo carro quebrou na estrada fomos nos arrastando até Botucatu e fomos indicados a Lore onde o amigo aí q não sei o nome viu nossa situação e nos ajudou demais tanto com as peças q ele tinha e até com as q ele não tinha desmontou um alternador lá na hora nos deus as peças colocamos na Kombi e voltamos pra São Paulo sem nenhum problema ??? pensa num cara gente boa de coração humilde e de um atendimento fantástico não sei o nome do atendente mas salvou nossas vidas muito obrigado de coração super indico a todos a #Lore muito obrigado mesmo ???????????
I was never as well attended as we were there, we left São Paulo, the car broke down on the road, we dragged ourselves to Botucatu and we were referred to Lore where the friend there, I don't know the name, saw our situation and helped us so much with the pieces he had and even with that he hadn’t disassembled an alternator at the time, god we put the parts in the van and went back to São Paulo without any problem ??? think of a good guy with a humble heart and fantastic service I don’t know the name of the attendant but it saved our lives thank you very much with a heart I would like to thank you all #Lore thank you very much ???????????
