★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência terrível. Todos atendem muito mal. Não têm noção de qualidade em atendimento ao consumidor. Parece vir de cima, pois a proprietária atende tão pior quanto. Se a peça tiver com defeito, batem muita boca com o cliente. O mais importante para eles não é a qualidade no atendimento, mas sim defender o ponto de vista deles. Meu pai é cliente há anos e hoje comprovei o péssimo atendimento. Nunca mais compro lá. NÃO RECOMENDO.
Terrible experience. All attend very poorly. They have no notion of quality in customer service. It seems to come from above, as the owner is even worse off. If the part is defective, they talk a lot with the customer. The most important thing for them is not the quality of care, but defending their point of view. My father has been a client for years and today I have seen the poor service. I never shop there again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
