Estavamos na BR116, a caminho de Curitiba, quando na altura de Jacupiranga, quando o carro alertou aquecimento no motor ( 1 semana após a revisão pré-viagem em SP, onde moramos). Paramos em posto onde nos indicaram o mecânico Danilo, da DR Centro Automotivo (anexo à Auto Peças Martins).
Inicialmente eles já visualizaram um problema, mas antes de nos liberarem fizeram testes, com mais atenção e identificaram a causa raiz, ficando além do horário pela exceção de estarmos com urgência de chegarmos ao destino. Fomos muito bem atendidos, foram muito atenciosos e explicaram com muitos detalhes e precisão o problema, por um jovem mecânico, o Sergio , o dono da mecânica, o Danilo e o Alex, comprador que buscou todas peças necessárias para o serviço.
Agradeço e indico a mecânica do Danilo, e seu time, de qualidade, confiança e preço justo!
My comments will be about DR Centro Automotivo, mechanic that is next to / attached to Auto Peças Martins de Jacupiranga.
We were on BR116, on the way to Curitiba, when at the time of Jacupiranga, when the car alerted the engine to heat up (1 week after the pre-trip overhaul in SP, where we live). We stopped at a station where the mechanic Danilo, from DR Centro Automotivo (attached to Auto Peças Martins) told us.
Initially they already visualized a problem, but before releasing us, they did tests, with more attention and identified the root cause, staying overtime for the exception of the urgency of reaching our destination. We were very well attended, were very attentive and explained the problem in great detail and precision, by a young mechanic, Sergio, the owner of the mechanics, Danilo and Alex, the buyer who searched for all the necessary parts for the service.
I thank and indicate Danilo's mechanics, and his team, of quality, reliability and fair price!
