★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei de trocar peça que foi comprada lá, com poucos dias de compra, nota fiscal, caixa tudo direitinho, além de colocar impecílios pedindo até vídeos do defeito, conversou ao meu lado com outra pessoa, falando do defeito que não tinha nada a ver e ainda quis me fazer de doido me encarando e rindo de mim que queria trocar, isso mesmo, rindo do cliente... botei pra falar com mecânico no telefone, depois de botar a peça pra funcionar e ver o defeito me devolveu o dinheiro. Não aconselho comprar jamais, compre na Padre Cícero mesmo as vezes sendo um pouco mais caro, caso precise de garantia, lá eles resolvem divinamente bem, como tem que ser por lei. Sem dor de cabeça. Primeira vez e última.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma auto peças bem tradicional, já existe faz muito tempo. Fica localizada na Avenida N, no José Walter. Os preços são ok, tem peças básicas para as principais marcas. Contudo, tem peças que não é vendida lá ou está em falta. Não consegui encontrar um simples conjunto de velas para o Fusca. Um problema muito grave é a falta de atendimento pelo whats app. Simplesmente não funciona e não atendem o telefone. Às vezes você evita de se deslocar para um lugar à toa. Eu gosto de comprar de pequenos comerciantes, pois isso incentiva empresas ao mesmo tempo em que evita os grandes grupos.
Um ponto positivo: O Jairo é um mecânico que trabalha lá e é muito profissional. Recomendo demais o trabalho dele, pois só tive boas experiências quando precisei.
Resumo: Vá, mas cogite procurar em outros lugares que atendam melhor.

However, there are parts that are not sold there or are missing. I couldn't find a simple set of candles for the Beetle. A very serious problem is the lack of service through whats app. It just doesn't work and they don't answer the phone. Sometimes you avoid moving to a place for nothing. I like to buy from small merchants as this encourages companies while avoiding large groups.
One positive point: Jairo is a mechanic who works there and is very professional. I highly recommend his work, as I only had good experiences when I needed it.
Summary: Go, but consider looking elsewhere that suit you better.
