sujo resolvi perguntar sobre o sistema de duchas,quando questionado o funcionário responsável pelo setor de duchas me disse que eu não teria o direito pois abasteci um valor baixo. Concordei com o questionamento dele, apesar do meu histórico de cliente fiel do posto, sendo assim perguntei qual seria o valor que daria direito a ducha, ele me reportou de modo grosseiro: " o valor tem que ser alto, vc abasteceu muito pouco", novamente insistindo perguntei " mas qual seria o valor", ele me deixou falando sozinho e saiu andando.
Bom eu como consumidor, me senti extremamente consttangindo com está situação, deu a entender que ele trabalha para o posto, porém faz o serviço no carro de quem ele quer!
Infelizmente por conta disso, não volto mais nesse estabelecimento.
I have always been a client, but today I was very poorly attended. I always supplied considerably high values, today because my car is
dirty I decided to ask about the shower system, when questioned the official responsible for the shower sector told me that I would not have the right because I supplied a low amount. I agreed with his questioning, despite my history as a loyal customer of the post, so I asked what would be the amount that would be entitled to the shower, he reported rudely: "the amount has to be high, you have supplied very little", again insisting i asked "but what would be the value", he left me talking to himself and walked away.
Well, I, as a consumer, felt extremely disturbed by this situation, hinted that he works for the station, but does the job in the car of whomever he wants!
Unfortunately because of that, I don't go back to that establishment anymore.
