★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite, já trabalhei neste posto a uns 8 anos atrás e nunca deixei acontecer com o cliente o que aconteceu comigo, cheguei pra abastecer como de costume as 5:35 da manhã e o frentista do turno já foi me abordando dizendo q estava trocando o turno blz até então, abasteci com gnv e queria colocar gasolina na partida fria foi aí q o atendimento foi a zero, abri o capo e fiquei esperando por 5 minutos, até que me informaram novamente q teria que esperar o novo turno entrar... Perai né, sou cliente não tenho nada q esperar pois já tem um turno em execução e pq não me abasteceu??? Fiquei chateado fechei o capo e meti o pé. Obs: Passavam por mim e nem aí pra nada, blz ???
Good night, I already worked at this gas station about 8 years ago and I never let what happened to the customer happen to me, I arrived for gas as usual at 5:35 am and the attendant on the shift was approaching me saying he was changing the blz shift until then, I refueled with gnv and I wanted to put gas in the cold start, that was when the service went to zero, I opened the hood and waited for 5 minutes, until they informed me again that I would have to wait for the new shift to come in... Wait you know, I'm a client, I don't have anything to wait because there's already a shift running and why didn't you supply me??? I was upset, closed the hood and put my foot in. Note: They passed by me and not at all, blz ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por parte frentistas. Terceira oportunidade que vou a este posto e no momento de fazer pagamento com aplicativo Abastece Aí da Ipiranga e sempre informação de sistema estar fora do ar. Uma má vontade ou orientação para não aceitar esta forma de pagamento.
