Venho aqui apresentar minha reclamação contra o Auto Post Leque, na data de hoje, 21/07, estive no local como faço uma vez por semana, para abastecer. Estava com minha esposa e filho pequeno no carro. Ao abrir a janela, o atendente veio, entreguei a chave e pedi para abastecer com a gasolina comum.
Algum tempo depois notei que que o atendente colocou gasolina aditivada. Ao sair do carro para efetuar o pagamento comentei com ele que estava errado, ao que ele me respondeu que naquela bomba só tinha aquele tipo. Tentei convence-lo que isto não era certo, e que ele deveria ter me orientado ou informado antes a abastecer, tive a resposta que isso era problema meu.
Ainda tentei me valer dos meus direitos, me colocando como cliente recorrente deles, pois todo domingo abastecia ali, mas mesmo assim tive outras respostas negativas que não valem ser repetidas aqui.
Bom, efetuei o pagamento e fui embora. Com toda certeza perderam um cliente....não volto mais lá e sempre estarei recomendando a todos não abastecerem lá devido ao péssimo atendimento.

I come here to present my complaint against the Auto Post Fan, as of today, July 21, I was in the place like I do once a week, to fuel. I was with my wife and little son in the car. When opening the window, the attendant came, handed the key and asked to stock with the ordinary gasoline.
Some time later I noticed that the attendant put up gasoline additive. When I got out of the car to make the payment, I told him that I was wrong, and he told me that there was only one guy at that pump. I tried to convince him that this was not right, and that he should have guided me or informed me before to refuel, I had the answer that was my problem.
I still tried to use my rights, putting myself as a recurring client of them, because every Sunday I got supplies, but I still had other negative responses that are not worth repeating here.
Well, I made the payment and left. They certainly lost a client .... I will not go back there and I will always be recommending that everyone not stock there due to poor service.
