★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de registra profundo descontentamento com o serviço da empresa RW, responsável pela parte de verificação de oléo e derivados. Nunca me senti tão enganado e assaltado. Estive hoje 04/03/22 as 10h30 aproximadamente para abastecimento normal e pedi para ver o nível do óleo. Quando a equipe se apresentou, fez a verificação confirmando o bom nível do óleo mas alertando para o fluído do radiador que poderia estar velho pelo sinal de aquecimento e vazamento e verifiquei pessoalmente isso. Então o cortês atendente ofereceu um aditivo e disse que colocaria um litro (ao custo de 60,00 cada que depois descobri que era de 500 ml a garrafa) e completaria mediante o nível necessário. Confiei e não acompanhei o processo, resolvendo questões ao telefone, mas percebi que ele encerrou duas garrafas e completou uma 3ª no reservatório de agua. Para meu espanto apareceu a conta de R$ 660,00 por ter usado (e de fato estavam lá) 11 garrafinhas, para o bloco do motor e outras partes Me senti roubado e ultrajado – um complemento de aditivo virou um assalto e espero realmente que não comprometa o funcionamento do carro, ainda por cima. No momento reclamei, mas nada além de pagar pude fazer porque eu autorizei o serviço, mas esse registro pode impedir que outros também sejam enganados. Reclamei aos atendentes do posto, pois sou cliente e eles que me explicaram ser serviço recém terceirizado. Acho que os proprietários do posto merecem dar mais atenção a esse tratamento, pois no meu caso, não volto mais enquanto esses enganadores estiverem por lá.

When the team showed up, they did the check confirming the good oil level but alerting to the radiator fluid that could be old by the sign of heating and leakage and I personally verified this. Then the courteous attendant offered an additive and said he would put a liter (at a cost of 60.00 each, which I later discovered was 500 ml a bottle) and fill it up to the necessary level. I trusted and did not follow the process, resolving issues over the phone, but I noticed that he finished two bottles and completed a 3rd in the water reservoir. To my amazement, a bill of R$ 660.00 appeared for having used (and in fact they were there) 11 bottles, for the engine block and other parts I felt robbed and outraged – an additive supplement turned into a robbery and I really hope that do not compromise the functioning of the car, on top of that. At the time I complained, but nothing other than paying I could do because I authorized the service, but this registration can prevent others from being deceived too. I complained to the attendants at the gas station, because I am a customer and they explained to me that it was a recently outsourced service. I think the gas station owners deserve to pay more attention to this treatment, because in my case, I won't go back while these deceivers are there.
