★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre abasteço e lavo meus dois carros , hoje levei a minha Peugeot hoggar para lavar e para minha surpresa a lavagem foi mau feita chamei a Sra que me atendeu quando cheguei , mostrei onde estava mau feito ela chamou o lavador que me falou ( você esta caçando assunto) não se propôs a refazer o serviço , por morar na rua atuai que fica em frente ao posto sempre dei preferencia no abastecimento e lavagem porem agora não mais !
 I always refuel and wash my two cars, today I took my Peugeot hoggar to wash and to my surprise the wash was bad done I called the lady who picked me up when I arrived, I showed her where it was bad she called the washer who told me (you are hunting subject) did not propose to redo the service, because I live in the street that is in front of the post I always gave preference in the supply and washing but not now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento 10,sou cliente desde posto a quase 8 anos,um lugar ótimo,todos os produtos são de boa qualidade,combustível de boa qualidade,não trabalham com combustível adulterado não, meu carro nunca deu problema,só abasteço lá nesses 8 anos de cliente,coisa boa,lavagem de carro nota 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Combustível Adulterado! De péssima qualidade., meu veículo nunca dava problema abasteci pela segunda vez deu problema novamente! A primeira foi a um ano traz, mudou a bandeira pela 3°vez mas a Safadeza continua!
Adulterated Fuel! Poor quality., My vehicle was never a problem I refueled for the second time it was a problem again! The first was a year ago, the flag changed for the 3rd time but Safadeza continues!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável, sempre fui fiel ao posto, e eles conseguiram estragar bomba, bicos, vela , tenho video com o que foi retirado do carro, mais agua do que gasolina no combustivel ! FALTA DE RESPEITO !!!
NAO RECOMENDO ! O barato saiu bem caro !
Regrettable, I've always been faithful to the service, and they managed to ruin the pump, nozzles, spark plugs, I have a video of what was taken from the car, more water than gasoline in the fuel! LACK OF RESPECT !!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ! The cheap came out very expensive!

Após quase 3 anos, voltei a abastecer neste posto e, para minha surpresa, esta semana (21/10/2020) tive problema com alcool de má qualidade ou adulterado. Após encher o tanque, meu carro passou a apresentar explosoes no escapamento, alarme de injeção eletrônica, e baixissimo depempenho. Voltei com o carro neste posto no dia 24, pois os sintomas pioraram muito.
Falei com o responsavel do posto que procedeu com a retirada do combustivel do meu tanque. Logo na sequencia, abasteci em outro posto, tambem com alcool comum (SEM aditivo). Após alguns alguns poucos quilometros, a luz da injeção eletrônica apagou e o desempenho do carro voltou para absolutamente normal. Já fiz denuncia anteriormente na ANP sobre esse posto (nao sei se sob mesma administracao), e pelo jeito o problema continua. O que acontece ANP?

Problema 1 (meados de 2017):
Abasteço já há um tempo neste posto. Nunca tive problema com meu carro, mas so descobrimos a postura das empresas quando os problemas acontecem. Achei estranho que meu carro, de acordo com o manual, tem capacidade para 45 litros, e em um dos abastecimentos (tinha acabado de entrar na reserva), colocaram 51~52 litros. Sei que alem do espaço do tanque, meu carro ainda tem espaço para colocar mais alguns litros, mas minha estranheza foi pelo fato de ter dado essa quantidade de litros já no desarmamento da bomba pelo sensor. Questionei o frentista, que logo argumentou que meu tanque tem capacidade para 50~55 litros (nao sei de onde tirou esta informacao). Até aí ok. Mas dono do posto estava proximo, e percebi que ele aparentemente nao gostou do fato de eu ter questionado isto. Questionar não é acusar, e eu no lugar dele teria reagido diferente. Hoje, depois de uma ou duas semanas do ocorrido, fui lavar meu carro neste posto, e o atendimento foi bem hostil, desde o dono até o cara que lavou meu carro.
Problem 2 (10/21/2020):
After almost 3 years, I returned to this gas station and, to my surprise, this week (10/21/2020) I had a problem with poor quality or adulterated alcohol. After filling the tank, my car started to show explosions in the exhaust, electronic injection alarm, and very low performance. I returned with the car at this clinic on the 24th, as the symptoms got much worse.
I spoke with the person in charge of the gas station who proceeded with the removal of fuel from my tank. Soon after, I filled up at another gas station, also with regular alcohol (WITHOUT additive). After a few miles, the fuel injection light went out and the car's performance returned to absolutely normal. I've already filed a complaint with the ANP about this post (I don't know if it's under the same administration), and by the way the problem continues. What happens ANP?

Problem 1 (mid 2017):
I've been filling this station for a while. I've never had a problem with my car, but we only discover the attitude of companies when problems happen. I found it strange that my car, according to the manual, has a capacity of 45 liters, and in one of the supplies (I had just entered the reserve), they put 51~52 liters. I know that in addition to the space in the tank, my car still has space to put a few more liters, but my strangeness was the fact that I gave this amount of liters already when disarming the pump by the sensor. I questioned the attendant, who immediately argued that my tank has a capacity of 50~55 liters (I don't know where he got this information). Until then ok. But the station owner was nearby, and I realized he apparently didn't like the fact that I'd questioned it. Questioning is not accusing, and I would have reacted differently in his place. Today, after a week or two of what happened, I went to wash my car at this clinic, and the service was very hostile, from the owner to the guy who washed my car.
