★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui tão mal atendido na vida como neste posto. Preço da gasolina na enorme faixa que tem na faxada é somente se for em dinheiro. Atendimento dos frentistas é péssimo, principalmente a noite. Ficam 4 frentistas conversando em grupo e ao chegar um carro para abastecer existe uma barreira de pro atividade para atender. A noite a coisa piora, ficam dois conversando, você passa o carro em frente e eles continuam a conversar até você parar, desligar e sair do carro. Não existe nenhuma empatia e ânimo no atendimento. O que todos os outros postos perguntam sobre agua, pneu, e óleo neste BR não existe. Infelizmente eu moro muito perto, mas preciso ir na Pedro Lessa abastecer do que ir neste posto. Não recomendo a ninguem.
 I have never been so poorly attended in my life as in this post. The price of gasoline in the huge range you have on the fax is only if it is in cash. Attendance by gas station attendants is terrible, especially at night. There are 4 attendants talking in a group and when a car arrives to refuel, there is a pro activity barrier to attend to. At night it gets worse, two people talk, you pass the car in front of them and they keep talking until you stop, hang up and get out of the car. There is no empathy and encouragement in the service. What all the other posts ask about water, tires, and oil in this BR does not exist. Unfortunately I live very close, but I need to go to Pedro Lessa to fill up than to go to this post. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Fui ignorada por 3 funcionários q não quiseram me atender (viraram as costas) enquanto discutiam quem iria me atender. Eu estava de moto e com a tampa do combustível na mão. Depois do descaso fechei tampa e agradeci pelo não atendimento. Isso aconteceu hoje às 9 h... três funcionários sem fazer nada e sem nenhum veículo no posto. Falei com o trabalhador q estava no caixa. Nunca mais volto no local...me senti menosprezada. Depois de uma década de atendimento. Horror. Deve-se investir em treinamento. Peço q vejam o descaso na câmera do posto do dia 08/04/21. Grata
Terrible. I was ignored by 3 employees who didn't want to see me (they turned their backs) while discussing who was going to see me. I was on a motorcycle and with the fuel cap in hand. After the neglect I closed the lid and thanked him for not attending. This happened today at 9 am ... three employees doing nothing and without any vehicles at the station. I spoke to the worker who was at the register. I will never go back to the place ... I felt neglected. After a decade of service. Horror. Training should be invested. I ask you to see the neglect in the camera of the post of 08/04/21. Thankful
