 Family driving school. Friendly family. Instructors unprepared and unwilling to teach. They charged 50% of the total amount to retake the practical test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um lugar para tirar a carta literalmente, se você sabe dirigir, está bem. Mas, se voce é principiante não recomendo. O proceso pode ser bastante extenso e ainda nao conseguir seu objetivo. Eles tem uns dos melhores preços do curso na zona mais isso nao adiabta nada quado somente vai aprender o básico eles quase não fazem questão de te ensinar fora de uma zona de conforto, e mesmo só praticar a prova e aseguro para você que terá que repetir a prova. Na verdade micha experiência nao foi para nada boa tentei aula de carro, moto as aulas teorica fui bem, o problema começou aparecer quando te botão sozinho no simulador ali sao mais ou menos uns 8 horas perdidas em que voce vai pagar e não aprendera nada. Agora fui dois meses de aula de carro onde sempre era a mesma rutina. Mesmo paisagem. Eu fui logo para aula de moto e nao gostei do trato do instrutor pretendiam me trocar uma aula de moto por uma de bicke porque nao tinha equilibrio, sentí que se burlabam de mim. Ali deixei um tempão voltei pague 10 aulas a mais de carro e mesma estrategia não saimos dos mesmos quarteirões de bairro tranquilo. E ainda assim nao consegui aprovar para receber a carta. Mmm e nas aulas de moto nem falar.... Perdi 2mil rs ou mais, alem do tempo ali. E bom minha história não é isolada, eu conhecia ja mais pessoas que aconteceu o mesmo com elas. O mesmo dia da prova fuimos 5 pessoas das quais somente aprovou um isso es uma media muito baixa para o que eles acham que oferecem. E as provas sao cada terça. Bom isso sem mencionar que nao tem quase capacidade para escolher horario de aulas, isso demonstra que ali tambem nao tem a infraestrutura que precisam para toda a quantidade que gente que abragem com os preços cômodo. Nao sei gente eu pensaria dar uma oleada em outros lugares e considerar estes fatores.
It's a place to take the letter literally, if you know how to drive, that's fine. But if you are a beginner I do not recommend it. The process can be quite extensive and still not achieving its goal. They have some of the best course prices in the area but that doesn't matter when you only learn the basics they hardly care to teach you outside a comfort zone, and even just practice the test and make sure you have to repeat approves. Actually my experience was not for good I tried car class, motorcycle the theory classes went well, the problem started to appear when you button alone in the simulator there are about 8 hours lost in which you will pay and learned nothing. Now I went two months of car class where it was always the same routine. Same landscape. I immediately went to motorcycle class and did not like the deal of the instructor intended to exchange me a motorcycle class for a bike because I had no balance, I felt that they mocked me. There I left a long time ago I returned pay 10 more lessons by car and the same strategy we do not leave the same quiet neighborhood blocks. And yet I could not approve to receive the letter. Mmm and in motorcycle classes not talking .... I lost 2mil rs or more, besides the time there. And well my story is not isolated, I already knew more people that happened the same with them. The same day of the race we had 5 people who only approved one of these is a very low average for what they think they offer. And the tests are every Tuesday. Well, not to mention that there is almost no capacity to choose classes, it shows that there is also the infrastructure they need for all the amount that people open with comfortable prices. I don't know folks I would think to take a look elsewhere and consider these factors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não aprendi NADA nas aulas de moto, eu cai e o instrutor estava no celular!! Só tive problemas desde o início. Não recomendo!!! Falta de comunicação, não passam as informações direito, atrasou todo meu processo.
I didn't learn ANYTHING in motorcycle classes, I fell and the instructor was on his cell phone !! I only had problems from the beginning. I do not recommend!!! Lack of communication, don't get the information right, it delayed my entire process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O dono Jorge não é nada profissional e discutiu comigo via Whatsapp para descredibilizar o que eu estava falando sobre um dos instrutores que estava no celular enquanto eu cai da moto sozinha. Depois de tanta dificuldade e mau atendimento do dono, resolvi desistir da habilitação de moto e ficar somente com a de carro (que foi ok no processo). Não caiam nessa, os comentários positivos não estão nem perto do que eu vivi desde 2019 quando fechei (já estamos em 2021 e não tenho minha habilitação ainda por negligência, e não pela pandemia).
Owner Jorge is nothing professional and argued with me via Whatsapp to discredit what I was saying about one of the instructors who was on my cell phone while I fell off the bike alone. After so much difficulty and poor service from the owner, I decided to give up the motorcycle license and just keep the car license (which was ok in the process). Don't fall for that, the positive comments aren't even close to what I've experienced since 2019 when I closed (it's already 2021 and I still don't have my license due to negligence, not the pandemic).

Desde o momento de informações até o dia da prova prática fui super bem tratada e acolhida pela escola. Como tenho 1,53 de altura fiquei com receio de não dar pé na moto. E a Eliane foi super atenciosa em me oferecer para subir nela antes de fechar o contrato.
"PARTE TEÓRICA": eles me encaminharam para a Pinheirense e escolhi a da Av. Francisco Morato, professor Altino o melhor professor - ele literalmente ensina, e de uma forma super descontraída. O que é perfeito pra quem gosta de aprender.
"PARTE PRÁTICA": nesse processo, meu instrutor foi o Jorge. Ele é bem sério, mas parece um paizão ensinando, já amo.
Cai três vezes com a moto, e ele SEMPRE correu para me dar suporte e ver como eu estava. Me corrigia e sempre me encoraja com seus feedbacks. As pessoas a minha volta sabe o quão feliz eu voltava de cada aula.
"MEDO": Uma das dúvidas que tinha ao escolher a autoescola era o local onde seria as aulas. E pra mim foi perfeito por ser uma rua pouco movimentada, mas movimentada. A primeira vez que cai da moto foi porque me desesperei ao ver um carro. Mesmo o Jorge me aconselhando a frear com o freio do pé, me assustei e acabei freiando com o da frente (ushausha).
Com a rua pouco movimentada, pude ter mais paciência e confiança para dirigir no trânsito de SP. Ou seja, foi fundamental.
"PROVA FINAL": Passei de primeira. O local em que eles me ensinaram era mais estreito que o local da prova, isso me deu mais confiança na hora da prova.
Vejo muitos alunos descarregando suas insegurança nos instrutores e nas autoescola, quando eles não dão tudo de si em cada aula (principalmente quando são reprovados pelo Detran). O processo pode ser longo dependendo da perspectiva (o meu apesar da pandemia durou 9 meses, o que foi rápido pra mim pela situação).
Dica, assistam videos aulas, preste bem atenção no que os instrutores dizem e seja paciente. Infortúnios/Imprevistos podem acontecer, mas não é culpa da autoescola. Estamos sempre sujeitos a isso, já que a autoescola é uma facilitadora e não quem fará você passar nos processos.

If you're in doubt which driving school to choose - just like I was at the beginning. I recommend Impact.
From the moment of information until the day of the practical exam I was very well treated and welcomed by the school. As I'm 1.53 tall, I was afraid not to step on the bike. And Eliane was super helpful in offering me to climb her before closing the contract.
"THEORETICAL PART": they referred me to Pinheirense and I chose the one on Av. Francisco Morato, Professor Altino the best teacher - he literally teaches, and in a super relaxed way. Which is perfect for those who like to learn.
"PRACTICAL PART": in this process, my instructor was Jorge. He is very serious, but he seems like a daddy teaching, I already love him.
I fell three times on the bike, and he ALWAYS ran to support me and see how I was doing. He corrected me and always encourages me with his feedbacks. People around me know how happy I came back from each class.
"FEAR": One of the doubts I had when choosing the driving school was where the classes would be. And for me it was perfect for being a little busy street, but busy. The first time I fell off my motorcycle was because I despaired when I saw a car. Even though Jorge advised me to brake with the foot brake, I got scared and ended up braking with the front one (ushausha).
With the street not very busy, I could have more patience and confidence to drive in SP traffic. In other words, it was fundamental.
"FINAL TEST": I passed the first one. The place where they taught me was narrower than the place of the test, which gave me more confidence at the time of the test.
I see many students unloading their insecurity on instructors and driving schools, when they don't give their all in each class (especially when they fail Detran). The process can be long depending on the perspective (mine despite the pandemic lasted 9 months, which was quick for me because of the situation).
Hint, watch videos of classes, pay close attention to what the instructors say and be patient. Misfortunes/Unforeseen events can happen, but it's not the driving school's fault. We are always subject to this, as the driving school is a facilitator and not who will make you pass the processes.
