★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por nenhum motivo ou desconto faça aulas nessa autoescola! No início eles atendem super bem pra fechar contrato depois é ladeira abaixo. Ar condicionado da sala não prestava direito, pra marcar aula prática demora uns 90 dias e o pior, o atendimento é péssimo, tanto na recepção quanto na gerência, as minhas reclamações eram levadas a gerência que tratava comigo de forma debochada e não profissional. Sobre os professores, não há nada de errado com eles, são bons profissionais, o problema é que você não consegue resolver nada ali e a comunicação é horrível

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os processos que dependem da auto escola foram sem duvida agilizados para ajudar com a demora que muitas vezes o próprio DETRAN ocasionava, o que para quem estar tirando a sua carteira é ótimo para não perder tempo como acontece em outras auto escolas. Super recomendável a equipe meta da cidade nova em especial a atendente Layana que me ajudou demais com o processo.
The processes that depend on the driving school were undoubtedly streamlined to help with the delay that often DETRAN itself caused, which for those who are taking their wallet is great to not waste time as it happens in other driving schools. The meta team of the new city, especially Layana, who helped me a lot with the process, was highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Não deixam claro as informações e sempre com o ar de deboche. No começo vão tratar vc a mil maravilhas, mas depois que conseguir... Esquece! Vais ter que ligar mil vezes e eles não respondem as mensagens.
Quanto aos professores, são excelentes! O meu instrutor foi o Fábio, super recomendo ele. Mas quanto ao resto é estressante!
Se vc quer uma auto escola profissional e organizada, não vá nessa! Experiência própria.
Terrible attendance. They do not make the information clear and always with the air of debauchery. In the beginning they will treat you wonderfully, but once you get it... Forget it! You'll have to call a thousand times and they won't respond to messages.
As for the teachers, they are excellent! My instructor was Fabio, I highly recommend him. But the rest is stressful!
If you want a professional and organized driving school, don't go there! Own experience.

Tive a experiência de fazer o meu processo de habilitação na Meta. Foi um procedimento traumático: profissionais arrogantes (tanto os instrutores como os atendentes) não resolvem nenhuma solicitação pedida, possuem uma péssima comunicação com os clientes, desmarcam aulas sem avisar nos fazendo deslocar a toa. Não assumem responsabilidades que é de competência da auto-escola, jogando sempre para o cliente.
Me arrependo de ter escolhido a Meta. Nao recomendo e aconselho todos a procurarem outra auto-escola.

I had the experience of doing my qualification process at Meta. It was a traumatic procedure: arrogant professionals (both the instructors and the attendants) do not solve any requested request, they have poor communication with customers, they cancel classes without warning, causing us to move around for nothing. They do not assume responsibilities that are the responsibility of the driving school, always playing for the customer.
I regret choosing Meta. I do not recommend and advise everyone to look for another driving school.
