Todos da recepção foram sempre super educados e me atenderam muito bem. Sempre esclarecendo minhas dúvidas e me auxiliando no que precisei.
E as aulas foram ótimas. Meu instrutor me ajudou a ter uma evolução muito grande no processo e sempre me explicando como corrigir os erros e problemas que eu estava tendo. Sempre me respeitou e foi educado. Não tenho nenhuma reclamação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante todo o processo , a auto escola Jupiter, foi extremamente prestativa, estava presente em todos os momentos, sanando as dúvidas e fazendo o possível para que o processo fosse tranquilo. Sem contar com a simpatia dos instrutores e funcionários que também se mostravam a disposição em qualquer momento. Toda esse rede de apoio fez total diferença nessa fase da habilitação e só tenho á agradecer por toda atenção!
During the entire process, Jupiter driving school was extremely helpful, was present at all times, solving doubts and doing everything possible to make the process go smoothly. - Recepção; mais precisamente a Vânia que é quem acompanhou todo o meu processo. Sempre muito gentil, cordial, empática, ela realmente me acolheu. Sou muito grata a ela!
- Instrutores; Danilo (moto), Letícia e Bianca (carro). Eles foram fantásticos e peça fundamental no meu aprendizado. Deixo uma ressalva aqui... para aulas de carro, uma divisão entre Bianca e Leticia seria de muito valia para os alunos. Elas dão aulas de formas tão diferentes que se completam.
- Diretoria: Sandra sempre muito atenciosa e cuidadosa com as minhas marcações de aula. Conseguimos encaixar aula onde eu não achei que dava tempo. E sempre procurou me atender da melhor forma possível. Sempre me ouviu e adora gatos, então já sei que é gente da boa.rsrs
- Moto e Carro: as motos são muito boas e deixa-las um pouco aceleradas facilita muito na hora da prova. // Os dois carros disponíveis são muito diferentes um do outro. A embreagem de um é mais sensível que o outro, tamanho, enfim... então vale se atentar para que o aluno possa fazer a prova e suas últimas aulas no carro que ele fará o exame prático.
Pontos de melhoria;
- Abastecer o automóvel durante o período de aula que já é curto é triste.
- Agenda: infelizmente é o problema que assombra a maioria das autoescolas, imagino eu. Já que tem toda essa espera, seria legal se reservassem um período para cada aluno para que possamos todos seguir com aulas todos os dias e não tão espaçadas.
- Taxa de remarcação: eu entendo que a autoescola tem um custo administrativo para manter. Mas o elevado preço da taxa, por vezes faz o aluno desistir. R$ 450,00 fora os custos com o detran, taxa do veículo... Se você reprova duas vezes, tira outra CNH com o valor rsrs.
- A rematrícula: esta não fica muito clara no fechamento do contrato, tanto que eu estava achando que era o Detran quem me dava um ano para concluir o processo a partir do início do processo lá. Mas o prazo para rematrícula já começa quando paga a autoescola e assina o contrato. Acho que deveria ser algo melhor explicado para o aluno. Evitaria surpresas e discussões.
Por ora, eu aprendi muito com todos eles, aprendi que você para tirar uma CNH tem que estar com seu tempo muito bem planejado para se dedicar as aulas e aos horários disponíveis e que a calma e empatia serão seus aliados dali em diante.

Strong points;

- Instructors; Danilo (motorcycle), Letícia and Bianca (car). They were fantastic and a fundamental part of my learning. I leave a caveat here... for car lessons, a division between Bianca and Leticia would be of great value to the students. They teach in such different ways that they complement each other.
- Management: Sandra always very attentive and careful with my class appointments. We managed to fit classes where I didn't think there was time. And he always tried to serve me in the best way possible. He always listened to me and loves cats, so I already know he's good people.lol
- Motorbike and Car: the bikes are very good and leaving them a little accelerated makes it a lot easier at the time of the race. // The two available cars are very different from each other. The clutch of one is more sensitive than the other, size, anyway... so it is worth paying attention so that the student can take the test and his last classes in the car he will take the practical exam.
Improvement points;
- Refueling the car during the class period that is already short is sad.
- Schedule: unfortunately this is the problem that haunts most driving schools, I imagine. Since there is all this waiting, it would be nice if they reserved a period for each student so that we can all continue with classes every day and not so spaced out.
- Rebooking fee: I understand that driving school has an administrative cost to maintain. But the high price of the fee sometimes makes the student drop out. R$ 450.00 not including the costs with the DMV, vehicle tax... If you fail twice, get another CNH with the value lol.
- The re-enrollment: this is not very clear at the closing of the contract, so much so that I was thinking that it was the Detran who gave me a year to complete the process from the beginning of the process there. But the deadline for re-enrollment starts when you pay the driving school and sign the contract. I think it should be something better explained to the student. It would avoid surprises and arguments.
For now, I learned a lot from all of them, I learned that to get a CNH you have to have your time very well planned to dedicate yourself to classes and available times and that calm and empathy will be your allies from now on.
