★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima comunicação! Funcionários que não respondem no Whatsapp, você liga e não sabem te informar nada, pedem para ligar novamente outro dia e nessa eu perdi 2 turmas esperando a reposição de uma única aula.
 Bad communication! Employees who don't respond on Whatsapp, you call and they don't know how to inform you about anything, they ask you to call again another day and this time I lost 2 groups waiting for the replacement of a single class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite, pessoal fui nessa autoescola duas vezes a primeira so para analisar e a segunda já fui com dois orçamento de duas escolas para a opcao cobrir. Hoje, a atendente que tem cerca de 48 a 50 anos clara de altura mediana disse que cobria os orçamentos só questionei o valor do monitoramento que vi de 150 e lá e 300. Além deu eu achar que isso é uma invasão de privacidade e acho a cobrança inconstitucional. Rapaz essa senhorita olhou pra mim e disse que as taxas erram aquelas todas cobradas pelo Detran e de forma grosseira disse as taxas são essas obrigatórias e vc faz se quiser de forma soberba me deixando constrangido pois pelo jeito ela achou que eu não tinha condicoes de pagar pois eu estava bardudo de sandália e camisa de time. A mesma que na minha primeira visita tava falando que tem pessoas habilitadas que São reprovadas lá pois a escola tinha 23 anos. Hj ela repetiu a mesma coisa e disse que as outras não tem o tempo de experiencia da sua auto escola. Destarte foi a primeira coisa que ela falou e eu disse que em uma dos meus orçamentos a autoescola tinha 20 anos e as outras perdem para dela. Fiz a mesma coisa da primeira vez pedi licenca e fui embora mesmo constrangido.
Good night, folks I went to this driving school twice, the first one was just to analyze and the second one I went with two budgets from two schools for the option to cover. Today, the attendant, who is about 48 to 50 years old, of average height, said she covered the budgets. I only questioned the value of the monitoring I saw from 150 and over 300. Besides, I thought that this is an invasion of privacy and I think the unconstitutional collection. Boy, this lady looked at me and said that the fees are all those charged by the DMV and roughly said the fees are mandatory and you do it if you want superbly making me embarrassed because by the way she thought I was unable to pay because I was wearing a sandal and a team shirt. The same as on my first visit I was saying that there are qualified people who are disapproved there because the school was 23 years old. Today she repeated the same thing and said that the others do not have the time to experience their driving school. So it was the first thing she said and I said that in one of my budgets the driving school was 20 years old and the others lose to hers. I did the same thing the first time I asked for a leave of absence and I left feeling embarrassed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo,mas as aulas práticas e as teoricas são péssimas digo por experiência própria.
Não existe boa vontade em ensinar o aluno, no quesito ensino é o básico e o restante vc que busque por conta própria.
The service from the employees is great, but the practical and theoretical classes are terrible I say from my own experience.
There is no goodwill in teaching the student, in teaching it is the basics and the rest you are looking for on your own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do atendimento inicial, fui bem atendida e direcionada dos passos seguintes: pagamento do laudo, ir no Sindauto e realização do psicoteste, mas não estou conseguindo agendar minhas aulas teóricas. Ligo para o número correspondente e só faz chamar. E com o número do whatsapp não consigo uma resposta também. Sei que está tudo mais difícil por causa da pandemia, mas gostaria de uma resposta.

O instrutor Edmilson Farias também merece atenção, pois sua formação acadêmica favorece uma aula teórica mais completa, lúdica e com altíssimo índice de aprovação no DETRAN da Bahia.
Na minha singela opinião, é a melhor Autoescola do Cabula. Ainda não tenho fotos, pelo fato de ser proibido manusear celular durante a instrução, o que favorece a atenção dos futuros condutores às regras do Código de Trânsito Brasileiro.
Esse CFC está trabalhando APENAS com as Categorias A, B e mista (A e B).
I really like the Autoescola Nova Option! Your team is wonderful, from the doorman to the directors. The instructors are SUPER attentive, competent and have a lot of peace of mind.
A highlight for instructors Edson and Maria, for their wealth of content and excellent teaching.
Instructor Edmilson Farias also deserves attention, as his academic training favors a more complete theoretical class, playful and with a very high approval rate at DETRAN in Bahia.
In my simple opinion, it is the best Autoescola in Cabula. I still don't have photos, as it is forbidden to handle cell phones during instruction, which favors the attention of future drivers to the rules of the Brazilian Traffic Code.
This CFC is ONLY working with Categories A, B and mixed (A and B).
