Local não é grande, limpo e organizado. Oficina organizado e profissionais educados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu carro estava com pequenos vazamentos no sistema de arrefecimento. Completava a cada semana. Procurei essa oficina para resolver... Eles mexeram, falaram que tinha que trocar dois mangotes e 11 abraçadeiras garantindo que resolveriam o problema... Serviço aparentemente simples. Meu carro tinha aditivo e água no reservatório quando deixei lá...Quando fui receber o carro, o mecânico estava acabando de colocar água da torneira no reservatório ( todos sabemos que não é o certo devido a corrosão) ... " Terminaram o serviço" e me entregaram o carro. Fui para casa e guardei o carro. No outro dia, ao ir sair para trabalhar, pouco tempo de funcionamento, percebi que a temperatura do motor estava alta, parei o carro e vi que não tinha mais água no reservatório. Voltei na oficina ( garantia que me foi dada em nota fiscal 90 dias.... Cobrem nota pois eles não entregam espontaneamente ) para ver o que havia acontecido. Alegaram que era outro tipo de vazamento e que não estava no orçamento... Que para retirar seria necessário pagar tudo outra vez ... Pedi então que fizessem um outro orçamento para eu entender que serviço seria esse, mas ao perceber que eu não iria fazer o serviço lá e iria usar como documento para entrar na justiça , se recusaram ... Deixaram meu carro vazando, arriscado bater o motor ...se negaram inclusive a falar comigo ... Tenho vídeos comprovando isso tudo e que será apresentado na justiça.

When I went to receive the car, the mechanic was just putting tap water in the tank (we all know that it is not right due to corrosion) ... "They finished the job "and handed me the car. I went home and put the car away. The other day, when I went out to work, a short time of operation, I realized that the engine temperature was high, I stopped the car and saw that there was no more water in the tank. I went back to the workshop (a guarantee that was given to me on a 90-day invoice .... They cover a note because they don't deliver spontaneously) to see what had happened. They claimed that it was another type of leak and that it was not in the budget ... That to withdraw it would be necessary to pay everything again ... Then I asked them to make another budget so I could understand what this service would be, but when I realized that I would not go do the job there and would use it as a document to go to court, they refused ... They left my car leaking, it was risky to crash the engine ... they even refused to talk to me ... I have videos proving it all and that will be presented at justice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O carro não ligava mais, levei lá pelo reboque e resolveram, deixei num dia e voltei pra pegar no outro, serviço honesto sempre fui bem atendido lá.
The car wouldn't start anymore, I took it to the trailer and they resolved it, I left it one day and came back to pick it up the next, honest service I was always well attended there.
