Explico: se você compra o mesmo item de um um logista cliente deles com CNPJ você paga $20 e no balcão deles você paga $25 e ainda te dão o canhoto impresso rasurado à caneta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto da Auto Tec, só acho que eles deveriam respeitar e considerar mais o cliente. Se te entregarem errado, ou vc comprar errado, já era, perdeu, pq eles não trocam. Mesmo vc sendo cliente de anos, estando sempre lá, eles não assumem nem os erros deles. Mas atendem bem, tentam vender, o problema é só esse de não assumir erros e não trocar, mesmo sendo cliente antigo.
I like Auto Tec, I just think they should respect and consider the customer more. If they deliver you wrong, or you buy wrong, it's gone, lost, because they don't exchange. Even though you've been a customer for years, you're always there, they don't even assume their mistakes. But they serve well, they try to sell, the problem is just that they don't admit mistakes and don't change, even though they're an old customer.
