★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um atendimento excepcional. Meu carro ficou duas semanas, mesmo durante os 10 dias do decreto eles tiveram trabalhando. Fiz a troca de uma porta pelo seguro e algumas coisas por fora particular. O serviço me surpreendeu. Ficou perfeito!
Sobre a recepção. A recepcionista é educadíssima, muito atenciosa e muito profissional. Entrou em contato comigo algumas vezes para falar sobre o carro e por último para dizer que o carro já estava pronto.
 I had exceptional service. My car stayed two weeks, even during the 10 days of the decree they had been working. I exchanged a door for insurance and some things on the outside. The service surprised me. It is perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei entrada no carro há um mês e três dias, peço para falar com o responsável pelo trabalho, não consigo, cada hora é uma peça que está faltando, ligo para seguradora que fala uma coisa, tento falar com a oficina, quando consigo fala outra coisa. Hoje pedi a foto da dianteira, a tinta parece prata, o meu carro é bege angorá, estou em pânico. Gostaria de saber se ainda vai ser pintado, mas até a resposta demora, perguntei sobre o parachoque traseiro e não tive resposta. Trabalho com o carro e já gastei uma fortuna de transporte, além do seguro do carro reserva. Aguardo retorno e solução dos problemas o quanto antes para que eu possa mudar de opinião positivamente.
Aguardando o serviço para que eu possa avaliar. Pedi à atendente novamente para o Márcio entrar em contato comigo a dois dias e ainda não entrou. Aguardando ainda a comunicação...grata.

Today I asked for the front photo, the paint looks like silver, my car is angora beige, I'm panicking. I wonder if it's still going to be painted, but even the answer takes a while, I asked about the rear bumper and got no answer. I work with the car and I've already spent a fortune on transport, in addition to the reserve car insurance. I look forward to feedback and problem solving as soon as possible so that I can change my mind positively.
