★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei 15 minutos antes do horário da passagem para tentar trocar para mais tarde e não me permitiram por estar próximo a viagem. Atendente do horario da manhã tarde de Varginha grossa e antipática. Tentei remarcar o horário da passagem e somente de segunda a sexta (absurdo). Na viagem de ida pararam no pior lugar possível (banheiro pago). Péssima experiência viajando com essa empresa. Pena que ela é uma das únicas que faz esse trajeto.
I arrived 15 minutes before the ticket time to try to change for later and I was not allowed to be close to the trip. Attendant of Varginha's thick and unsympathetic morning hours. I tried to reschedule the ticket and only from Monday to Friday (absurd). On the outward journey they stopped at the worst possible place (paid bathroom). Bad experience traveling with this company. Too bad she is one of the only ones who makes this journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horário das 16.00 hs do dia 02/06/21 motórista foi mal educado quando argumentei sobre a exigência de máscara dos passageiros ele me falou que devia viajar de carro próprio e não de ônibus.
Time of 16.00 pm on 06/02/21 driver was rude when I argued about the requirement of mask for passengers, he told me that I should travel by car and not by bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei a passagem no dia 26/09/21de Varginha pra São Paulo,comprei essa passagem as 16:30 e o ônibus sairia as 17:30 ,ela viu eu e meus 3 colegas no guichê da concorrente e nos chamou falando que o Bragança chegaria às 21:30 em SP,,,,depois que compramos o motorista nós fala que o ônibus chegaria às 23,,,,,,ISSO SE CHAMA PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA,,,pois ela fez isso só pra vender as passagens,,,Não é a primeira vez mas blz......ainda tem o RECLAME AQUI. e creio que tem a ouvidoria..... SÓ VAI MELHORAR UM POUCO MAIS QUANDO TIVER VÁRIOS CONCORRENTES......NOTA ZERO
I bought the ticket on 9/26/21 from Varginha to São Paulo, I bought this ticket at 4:30 pm and the bus would leave at 5:30 pm, she saw me and my 3 colleagues at the competitor's booth and called us saying that Bragança would arrive at 9:30 pm in SP,,,, after we bought the driver, we said that the bus would arrive at 23,,,,,, THIS IS CALLED DECEIVED PROPAGANDA,,, because she did it just to sell the tickets,,,No it's the first time but blz......still have the CLAIM HERE. and I believe there is the ombudsman.... IT WILL ONLY IMPROVE A LITTLE MORE WHEN IT HAS SEVERAL COMPETITORS...... GRADE ZERO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostamos muito,porém alguns bancos parecem com o parafuso frouxo,um pouco de barulho como se fosse grilo,a viajem toda.E alguns motoristas correm muito.
We liked it a lot, but some seats seem to have the screw loose, a little noise like a cricket, the whole trip. And some drivers run a lot.
