 Super recommend !! I am a Tokyo Marine insured but I chose to do the private service because I already knew the workshop's work. Excellent quality service, great service, qualified employees and commitment to the deadline. Once again I was super satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM! UMA VERDADEIRA ARMADILHA! Assim que você chega te tratam muito bem, mas após garantir o cliente começam a surgir inúmeros problemas. Desorganização total, nenhum compromisso com prazo de entrega e incompetência na execução dos serviços. Meu automóvel permaneceu nesta oficina durante 3 meses e tive que retornar duas vezes para reclamar dos serviços, fui atendida com total descaso e nenhum profissionalismo. Quando fui buscar o automóvel, ele estava "jogado" em um terreno ao lado da oficina, imundo por dentro e por fora, e apresentando TODOS os problemas que eu havia reclamado há meses atrás. Fui obrigada a recorrer à Seguradora para fazer os serviços em outra oficina. Só marquei 1 estrela porque não poderia publicar minha opinião sem marcar nenhuma, mas a minha nota é Zero!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE! A REAL TRAP! As soon as you arrive they treat you very well, but after guaranteeing the customer, numerous problems start to appear. Total disorganization, no commitment with delivery time and incompetence in the execution of services. My car stayed in this workshop for 3 months and I had to return twice to complain about the services, I was attended to with total neglect and no professionalism. When I went to get the car, it was "lying" on a lot next to the garage, filthy inside and out, and showing ALL the problems I had complained about months ago. I was forced to turn to the Insurance Company to do the services in another workshop. I only scored 1 star because I couldn't publish my opinion without scoring any, but my score is Zero!
