Eles venderam minhas passagens em duplicidade, quando fui imprimir deu problema e botaram a culpa no cartão de crédito, que já fez o repasse do dinheiro é eu já paguei a fatura.
Desde o dia 31/12/2015 e não me deram um posicionamento, tive minhas férias frustadas e com ônus.
Bad company, very poorly organized.
They sold my tickets in duplicate, when I went to print it was a problem and they blamed the credit card, which already made the transfer of money and I already paid the bill.
Since December 31, 2015 and I was not given a position, I had my vacation frustrated and burdened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei passagem para Osasco - SP, no site dizia que a previsão de chegada seria as 23:30, e não forneciam o trajeto. Ao embarcar fui informada pelo motorista que o ônibus passaria em São Paulo, São Bernardo e Sto. André antes de chegar a Osasco e que a previsão de chegada seria as 02:00 horas, então troquei a passagem para as 15:00 para São Paulo.Total falta de respeito com o passageiro.
I bought a ticket to Osasco - SP, on the site said that the arrival forecast would be at 23:30, and did not provide the route. On boarding I was informed by the driver that the bus would pass in Sao Paulo, Sao Bernardo and Sto. André before arriving in Osasco and that the expected arrival would be at 2:00 pm, so I changed the ticket for 3:00 pm to Sao Paulo. Total disrespect for the passenger.
