★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 12/05/20, peguei a linha jóquei uenf, exatamente agora às 17:45 hs, me encontro parada dentro do ônibus na matinha, porque o motorista informou que não irá concluir a rota, e irá ficar parado aqui, fazendo o horário de 1 hr parado. Ou seja, fiquei 1 hr no centro esperando o ônibus chegar, pois ele estava parado na marinha, e agora tenho que esperar mais 1 hr com ônibus desligado na marinha.Linha jockey uenf, ônibus 2 207, horário que saiu do centro 17 hs.Simplesmente estou levando 2 hs para chegar na minha casa, que é um bairro dentro da cidade de Campos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia, hoje Presencie uma cena lamentável de um fiscal no ônibus da cordeiro da linha UNF aonde o fiscal começou a falar alto e a grita com aluno simplesmente por que ele apresentou um papel do tipo uma declaração que consta que ele estuda na escola (Escola Técnica Estadual João Barcelos Martins - ETEJBM) .
Pois bem o profissional deveria mostrar respeito ao aluno e não gritar com o mesmo que só revidou falando que o mesmo deveria mostrar respeito para receber o mesmo, porque estava sendo constrangido já que tinha pessoas no ônibus e ainda falou algo com a menina que também e estudante, mas não entendi.
A sugestão que tenho e que a empresa e o profissional tem que acionar a escola e notificar a mesma sobre não mais aceitar a declaração , e não discutir com os alunos em coletivo.
Me senti constrangido pela situação e quase intervir, pois já fui estudante e nunca ninguém fez passar o que este aluno hoje passou.
Conheço uns dos Dono da empresa pois fui aluno dele e sei que ele não admiti isso na sua empresa.
Espero que este profissional intenda e reflita no que ocorreu pois ninguém gostaria de passar por este tipo de situação.
Mostrar postura e respeito não deixando pessoa em situações desconfortáveis.
Ah não deixando de elogiar o cobrador que durante a discursarão o mesmo veio com tranquilidade conversou com estudante que lhe deu a mão e pediu desculpa e o mesmo também retribuiu com as mesma desculpa, também foi ao fiscal e o tranquilizou.
Isso sim que e profissional.

I know one of the owners of the company because I was his student and I know that he did not admit it to your company.
I hope this professional will understand and reflect on what happened because nobody would like to go through this type of situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que a empresa ordenou que seus funcionários viessem aqui avaliar a empresa porque só isso explica avaliações positivas.
Ônibus velhos em sua maioria, sem ar condicionado; linhas que demoram uma eternidade; pontualidade inexistente - passa ônibus na minha porta e eu não posso pegar pq simplesmente não passa na hora correta.
Eles tem uma dificuldade terrível em usar o GPS para um melhor aproveitamento do App Mobi Campos: muitas vezes não ligam ou não colocam a linha correta.
Fora um cobrador que insiste em ficar com R$0.05 de cada passageiro. Mas azar o dele que eu confiro...
