O atendente preencheu errado as passagens da minha esposa errou o nome dela e do meu filho e se recusou a arrumar.os telefones de contato não atende péssimo o único contato foi com o atendente de Santa Catarina um cúmulo.

Esperaram fatura vencer, já venceu a segunda também E ATÉ AGORA NÃO ME ESTORNARAM!
Não adianta ter ônibus bom e o bom serviço não passar disso.
Vou aguardar até o dia 7 que fará dois meses e caso não tenha caído o dinheiro na conta, abrirei uma ação. Porque nem com disputa aberta e no reclame não estão preocupados em devolver meu dinheiro.
Atualização: "RESOLVIDO" (creio eu). Depois de muito stress correndo atrás deles. No final das contas, creio que o maior erro foi o nubank não me dar retorno a respeito da contestação que fiz. Deram um "crédito de confiança" apos contentamento e contato com nubank e ficou por isso. Nunca mais tive retorno. Então parece que o crédito de confiança ficou como estorno no cartão.

Viajei nesta empresa na data de 21/12 de Jaraguá do Sul para Sp, horário de 21:35 além do bus atrasar 28 min tive um problema com poltrona e fui falar com os motoristas um deles foi super grosso e mal educado!! E ainda quiz discutir vindo pra cima de mim!! Sorte dele q o próprio colega dele o conteve pois eu já ia me defender e claro.... Não recomendo e ainda vou fórmula queixa sobre o ocorrido, gente braba e despreparada assim não e para estar no volante de um bus....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você chega na rodoviária do Tietê pra imprimir a passagem e procura a gadotti, mas não tem. Imprime na pluma sendo que em nenhum momento eles avisam isso. Você que lute. Nesse dia o sistema deles estava com problema e não imprimiu a passagem, o recepcionista falou que eu teria que embarcar apenas mostrando o voucher no celular. No embarque o motorista não tinha sido avisado sobre isso e falou pra eu subir lá pra resolver com o rapaz que imprime a passagem. Um total despreparo. Não ando nunca mais nessa empresa
