 Okay for an interior, the bus station is very simple and quiet, small town inland is like that, attendants serve well, everything complies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com os clientes, somos obrigados a pagar passagem para viajar sem conforto, em pé, espremidos e sempre para na estrada para subir mais passageiro, independente de não caber mais. Sem falar dos constantes atrasos e a incerteza se o ônibus quebra ou não. Aconselho ir de táxi.
Lack of respect with customers, we are required to pay passage to travel without comfort, standing, squeezed and always to on the road to rise more passenger, regardless of not fit anymore. Not to mention the constant delays and uncertainty as to whether the bus breaks or not. I recommend going by taxi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa de ônibus mais novos , com melhor estrutura, acessibilidade etc. Costumava atrasar muito, as vezes quebrar na estrada, mas hoje já melhorou um pouco.
You need newer buses, with better structure, accessibility etc. I used to delay a lot, sometimes breaking on the road, but today it has improved a little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os ônibus são micro, pessoas em pé em todos os trajetos, atendimento ruim. Conforto? Nem sei o que é! Tem de pôr ônibus executivo que tenham WC para os passageiros em caso de uma necessidade. Acorda, Jardinense arcáica!!!
Buses are micro, people standing on all routes, poor service. Comfort? I don't even know what it is! You have to put executive buses that have toilets for passengers in case of need. Wake up, Archaic Jardinense!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi nota 10! A Jardinense só peca em não aceitar cartão como forma de pagamento... (Pelo menos aceita PIX) e na volta pra Natal eu fui em pé por não ter cadeira mais, o que me deixou frustrado
The service was a 10! Jardinense only errs in not accepting card as a form of payment... (At least it accepts PIX) and on my way back to Natal I went standing because I didn't have a chair anymore, which made me frustrated
